I can't rave enough. The location is perfect, the house is amazing and so clean, and Rieko is a wonderful host.

The location is perfect, allowing easy access to old Kyoto and quick access to the subway and train lines. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The place provides a very Japanese experience with an old yet fully updated house in the historic district.
Watch your head for some low ceilings.
