Torrin Bunkhouse

Beautiful location with great views from big windows in a comfortable, inviting space . Beds are basic but comfortable. Kitchen/dining room was a spacious, very pleasant place - well stocked and clean and easy for multiple groups to use at once. Easy parking. You can hear other guests as they move around but everyone was very respectful of quiet hours - it was very quiet at night and the location is incredibly peaceful. The whole hostel was clean and comfortable. The only thing missing was maybe some more comfortable seating in the main area so you could relax in the evening (dining tables and chairs only).

I don't mind communal bathroom facilities but the rooms with the showers had 2 shower stalls in them and no private area outside the shower that you could lock without locking the whole room (and thus taking 2 showers for one person). It was very hard to get undressed and dressed again in the space without being in the larger, unlocked room. Maybe I misunderstood and you're supposed to lock the whole room for yourself but there were only 2 shower rooms and the hostel was very full so we didn't want to occupy 2 at once.

Out stay at the Torren Bunkhouse was perfect! Both we and the kids absolutely loved the house and where it was situated. The kitchen area is well-equipped and quite spacious, the rooms are quite small but that was expected and fine. Even though the bathroom and shower facilities are shared, there are plenty of them in various parts of the house, so they almost feel private. Pam was a great and very communicative host. The nature outside the house is magical.

Great location, pretty village, gorgeous views, fully equipped kitchen

the view was good. the owner was friendly. kitchen and fridge were clean and had good space and good number of dishes, pots and pans. the toilets and bathrooms were clean.

the room felt a bit suffocated. had a bit of smell to it. the outdoor garden wasnt very clean. had a lot of sheep poo. no wifi signal in room. wifi worked only in the lounge area.
