Friendly staff
Good range of food available to cook/heat yourself
Good cooking facilities
Good atmosphere in the lounge
Lots of other people around (could be a negative)
Sleeping arrangements better than expected (each bunk was in a separate 'room' with one wall formed by a curtain)
Great location
Noises like coughing and snoring could be intrusive at night

The location is stunning and just by the beach.
The showers from our room were detached and accessed by going outside. It wasn’t a problem but I can imagine if it’s cold and wet outside it would feel inconvenient.

Very friendly welcome from Callum. Nice well equipped living and kitchen area. Good showers. Lovely old unspoilt building in superb location

An amazing location right by the beach, with great views and easy access to nature. It’s a good option if you don’t mind sharing a room with other people and are looking for a simple, budget-friendly base to explore the area.
The rooms offer very little privacy, each “room” is just a couple of bunk beds separated from the rest of the dorm by a single curtain. There’s no shampoo, soap, or towels provided (you can rent a towel, but it’s better to bring your own), and on a very windy night, it was hard to sleep. Also, be careful with bed bugs; check your bed and belongings as a precaution.
