Very friendly and helpful staff. Code system for room and main door worked very well. Kitchen well stocked with pans and utensils and lots of fridge space. Showers hot and included in price. Large Co-op for groceries about 3/4 mile away (on Woodpark Road)
The drying room had a small de-humidifier and no heating, so boots and clothes didn't get much chance to dry overnight.

The kitchen is amazing, and the view from there is really great, bathrooms are usually really clean and wifi works as expected.
It looks a bit old. It’s not as terrible as some other reviews mentioned, but they definitely need to improve the bunk beds. There should be power outlets next to each bed, but instead they’re all located at the end of the room, and the beds don’t have curtains. This place definitely needs an update, but other than that, it’s a good place to stay in Portree without spending too much.
