Really saved us when no other availability. Good starting point for a trip to Iona with first ferry just down the hill.
Plastic covers for mattresses, but understand the need.

The calm there, kitchen was great and well equiped, shared space beautiful, the view and the people i met there.
Just more complicate on weekends when you’re travelling by public transport.

Room was cold and had a damP feeling when I arrived. Heating system took a while to warm up which is what you would expect with an underfloor heating system. The system would only run for a max of 2hrs before it had to be reset. Not ideal for an underfloor system which operates at low temps.
