The comfort, cleanliness and communal facilities were beyond my expectations. The location was excellent. The booking and checking in process was easy and understandable. The in-room facilities were very good especially the wet room. The inside communal area was comfortable and roomy with very well appointed kitchens. The outside communal area was spacious and provided excellent views over Lochaline and the bay.

Room was cold and had a damP feeling when I arrived. Heating system took a while to warm up which is what you would expect with an underfloor heating system. The system would only run for a max of 2hrs before it had to be reset. Not ideal for an underfloor system which operates at low temps.
