Staff (Meg) was exceptionally helpful after my ferry was cancelled and I needed an additional two nights stay.
TV has been removed. I appreciate that shared usage can be an issue but removal is slightly annoying.

This hostel has an amazing location overlooking the islands! Every room has an ocean view! It’s so beautiful and peaceful! I stayed in a 6 bed dorm room. It was spacious, comfy beds, nice sheets, bay windows! Large common kitchen, dining room, always kept clean. It’s located about about 15 minutes from train station, and the walk to it is along the scenic esplanade.
The staff is really friendly, helpful, caring! Just to name Maggie, Marta, Chris and others.
Everything was perfect for me!

Warm, clean, spacious, good shower, good kitchens and systems in place, comfortable public areas, very helpful staff, easy walk into the centre along the sea front.
Only thing was that the bed was short - not just for me (6') but for my partner (5'6"!) - feet hanging right off the end.
