Very comfortable accommodation. Good service and great value.

Noisy with the pub downstairs.

Room was spotlessly clean, beds and pillows were comfortable Staff were friendly Communal kitchen is a fantastic idea - well equipped with everything you could need and great way to meet other guests Fab views over bay from kitchen and lounge area Great location for bus stop and plenty parking Food and live music downstairs at Markie Dan's was excellent with discount for guests Julie's Coffee House on Stafford Street near Distillery - amazing homemade scones and cakes. Great value for lunch and lovely staff too!

Although we knew about the live music at Markie Dan's and enjoyed it - it did go on till 1am on Thursday into Friday morning which was much later than expected when we had an early start. It can sometimes be 2am on Fridays and Saturdays so prospective guests should be aware of this. Ear plugs available but there is no escaping it!!!!

Great bedding and towels. Good location Self serve breakfast good concept but poorly executed. Staff friendly and stored my bag ahead of check in.

No blinds or privacy curtain and room was overlooked so felt I had to close blinds despite it being an amazing sunny day. Cheap bedside table Badly finished walls. The bathroom looked like something from a secure unit. Not a jot of decoration. Cheaply decorated in desperate need of modernisation. handsoap that didnt even work. Shower screen wrong size for bath. Mirror placed for someone who was 6ft. Its okay and the bed was really comfy, but its essentially just a hostel at hotel.prices.
