Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean facilities, very comfortable beds with lots of storage space and a peaceful environment. Also plenty of showers with hot water and several toilets available on different floor levels.A great kitchen with several fridges to use and free tea and coffee provided. The hostel is also in a central location, within walking distance to shops and ferries.

Absolutely my own fault. I’m an arthritic senior - who stupidly didn’t factor in bunk bed, We booked in late and only upper bunk was available. The very helpful lady on the desk tried to find a solution for me but as they were full she could only suggest asking one of the other ladies in the room to swap. She helped me locate a group of ladies who shared my room and luckily they were more than happy to swap. 100% happy.

Good location. Free coffee. Comfy common area. Hot showers.

Kitchen did not open until 7:00 am. Ridiculous hours. Even worse, they shut it down again from 13:00 - 14:30 right when normal people eat!!! Because of this, my food was unavailable when I came down to eat so I had to spend £15 on an unnecessary lunch.
