Great position - a short walk to town

No one on site.

The location is great just a short walk to the city center. The bedroom was spacious and clean with tea and coffee making facilities.

The bathroom, the sink unit needs to be moved as it's physically impossible to sit on the toilet in the correct manner.

Good communication with owner prior to stay and during stay. The property is a five minute walk from the sea front at Oban, which made it a great base for visiting places and eating out without the need to use the car, or to drive further afield if wished. We visited Mull, Lismore, Seil and Easdale islands as well as Glencoe and of course Oban. The room was very clean and spacious with a lot of attention paid to detail. Bathroom and shower were spotless. The owner popped in a couple of times during our stay to make up our bed and top up the drinking facilities. Remember to close and lock the inner door when you go out and lock it when you come in; we found it strange that both doors were closed but unlocked during our stay. Parking was available but on a first come, first served basis; there weee five parking spaces for eight rooms but we never had a problem with parking during our stay.

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable but we are very fussy about our mattress lol. Everything else was perfect.
