Clean. Decent location. Easy to walk to harbour, bars, restaurants, etc. Host available if needed. Parking is a problem unless you are able to secure one of their few paid parking spots at back of building.
Nothing. Room is a tad small but had everything we needed for a short stay.

Amazing! Communication was fantastic right from the start of our booking. Sandvilla Guesthouse was easy to find and within easy walking distance of the main centre, eateries and pubs. Our upstairs room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Josephine and Robert were welcoming and helpful. To top it off. Oban is lovely. Worth booking a parking space, especially during peak season, otherwise there is 4 hour parking at the front or longer stay parking 2 blocks away. We loved our time at Sandvilla Guesthouse.

Close to centre
Very cramped, our room very small. No service on your own there.
