Room was very clean, instructions to get into the main building and get room. Keys were very clear. Very close to main centre of town.
Communal fridge had not been cleaned out for a long time. There was leftover ham milk that had curdled, would benefit from a corkscrew bottle opener. Bathroom is very very small

The location was good. It was clean and well presented.
There were no people present from the hotel. It was impersonal. Everything was done via email. If anyone didn’t have access to a smartphone, there could be potential problems with checking in and accessing the room key. I didn’t feel it represented value for money. For £95 per night, I would expect an ensuite bathroom and a breakfast.
