Pillows were poor, toilet seat was loose, tv reception was bad, no re stovking of toiletries or coffe and milk and nousy room with no view.

The location was good. It was clean and well presented.
There were no people present from the hotel. It was impersonal. Everything was done via email. If anyone didn’t have access to a smartphone, there could be potential problems with checking in and accessing the room key. I didn’t feel it represented value for money. For £95 per night, I would expect an ensuite bathroom and a breakfast.
