Lovely clean comfy hotel

Lovely clean hotel. Easy check-in and departure. The staff are very friendly. The room was very comfy and clean. The bar was good with a lot of comfy seating. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely use again.

Very comfortable hotel that was a terrific value!

The hotel was very clean and nice, and the bath very modern. The room was airy and had a large window with a lovely view. The hotel was quiet, as was the area surrounding it. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We booked, as ferry was cancelled. Described as a hotel, in total darkness, no other other guests or staff there. Picked up envelope with key & combination. Decided not to stay. Simply a room for let. Not a hotel!!! We didn’t feel comfortable or safe so we left. Trying to get refund through Booking.com!

Ideal location for the Ferry Terminal. Also sight seeing. Loved our room with comfy beds after a long drive. The hotel is on a hill so not a problem if you are able to walk.

They don’t offer breakfast (well a take away (option), but there is not a little fridge in the room to cater for yourself. But there are heaps of options of course in town.

Great location for a visit to Oban, out of the fray of downtown but walkable to the center of town.

The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. I was having trouble dialing for a dinner reservation and she even dialed it on her phone for me. Also the sitting area and bar facilities were excellent.

The bathroom was tight and accessing the sink was difficult.

Really enjoyed and would definetly stay again :-)

Since the new owners have taken over and started to refurb it, the change is amazing, before it was dated, now it is modern and comfy, staff were very friendly and would definetly stay again

not a critiscism as this is my personel choice, being a beer drinker, I would have liked a choice of Scottish beers, only Tenants (Lager) on tap and although a mixed range of bottled beers to choose from, it would be nicer to have had a selection of Scottish real ale beers especially local to Argyle, the Islands & and Highlands, even in bottles promoting the great beers from Scotlands.
