The property was on a very good location, very central. The bed was very comfortable and we all slept well. It was clean.
No one to greet us upon arrival, entered the property, it was dull and not welcoming at all, and throughout our stay there was a smell of cooking when you walk in the building, not very pleasant. Overall for the price we paid for 2 nights the standard was not up to the price. Very very dated.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. Its location is pretty decent too and it is only an easy 10-minute walk from the city centre. The host is also very friendly. I left an item in the room when checking out, and they called me immediately after finding the item.
There is no lift, so guests would have to carry their luggage up to their rooms. It would be advisable not to bring such a big luggage if you book the Tanglin Guest House. No issue for me because my family and I brought small luggage.

Cafetierre and ground coffee Bed was comfortable
Room was 4 floors up and I really struggled with the stairs. we were not aware of this until arriving at the property. For a family room it was quite small and didn't even have a chair to sit on.
