Nice sea view, easy access to rooms from the lift if needed or wide stairs. Central location with a 5 minute walk to ferry and train stations .very nice staff and great hotel.

Good location
Noise. Poor soundproofing, kept awake by other guests, incessant banging of doors, ancient, loud plumbing. Guests next door talked, until nearly 2, normal conversation but loud enough to hear his name was David. Taps screeched.
