Nice location. View on the harbour from kitchen /common room.
Lots of books about the area and comfy, relatively new sofas.
Helpful staff.
In the common room there was a constant smell of some air refresher.
Artifical smell, didn't really like that.
Also did not understand WHY it was used as I'm sensitive to bad odour and all other rooms like kitchen / dorm / bathroom smelled absolutely fine.

The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Gave us loads of loads of information about the island and where to go. The kitchen was well equipped and all the facilities were well kept, relatively modern and clean. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, right on the sea front and in the centre of all local activities!
The beds were possibly a bit springy and hard but very good for a youth hostel.

Great location right in town with a fabulous view of the bay. We had our own room.
