I liked the location and the layout. I was comfortable in my ensuite room and liked seeing the sheep outside in the morning! The communal kitchen seemed to always have people in it so I didn’t cook much. Freezer wasn’t working so unable to store food for long. Otherwise it was a good space.
I didn’t meet any staff or owners during my stay which made it feel rathe impersonal.

Very simple accommodation with a well-equipped communal kitchen where you can prepare your own breakfast and meals if you wish. This encourages guests to be more considerate of one another than they would be in a hotel. The view from the terrace is magnificent.
The washbasin in the bathroom is very small and looks more like a hand-washing basin. The room is expensive for what it offers, but then again, it is the Isle of Mull in August...
