Location is perfect as a base for hikes, and getting sandwiches at the Sandwich Station. personnel very friendly. Rooms are simple but effective

The location, the cleanliness, the free food items in the kitchen
The staff works limited hours and the bike storage did not seem to safe as it was not locked, but it was good enough for one night

Location was good. Just a few minutes walk to the castle and Country Inn pub and same for the distillery.
The games-room is good if you have kids but it's a shame you have to pay for some of the activities. The air-fryer in the kitchen was good.
Noisy neighbours waking us up at 6.45am one morning with loud music in the shower room. Televisions that didn't function. Having to pay for games room activities. No scissors in the kitchen.
