Excellent stay! The hosts were very hospitable, greeted us on arrival and showed us around, provided us with wine and cheese and breakfast supplies. The apartment was very comfortable with an amazing outlook from the large balcony. We didn’t have many reasons to contact the hosts but when we did have a question they were very responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay again if we have the opportunity to return to this beautiful city

The apartment is in the most perfect location, just outside the old city gates, so everything is easy—shopping, transportation, and sightseeing. The front of the building is on a main thoroughfare, but the apartment is on the back side, quiet and peaceful, with a terrace overlooking the old city gates and the botanical garden. Our hosts were absolutely lovely and exceptionally helpful.

This apartment is only a short walk to the old town so very well situated. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need or want in a rental. It has a lovely outlook from the balcony and is very spacious. Our hosts were so welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We had a slight delay in our flight and arrived at 23:00 hours in the evening, but that was no problem, The owner was awaiting us at the door and showed us around in the appartment. He even filled the fridge with fruits, wine and bread, butter, cheese and cured ham for our breakfast. The appartment is located on the 9th. floor (elevator available) and has a beautifull view over the old city center which is at walking distance. The appartment is very well equiped with everything you have in your own home. We had a absolute great time in the appartment and it is a definitve tip for future bookers. If we go back to Valencia some day, we will certainly book this lovely appartment again. Thank you Hanibal and wife for having us.

My wife and I booked this apartment for the month of March so we could experience Fallas and explore Valencia. We could not have picked a better place. Wonderful hosts, perfect location, and a well-stocked apartment. Communication with Anibal prior to arrival was wonderful. He answered all of our questions promptly. His wife, Mercedes, met us upon arrival to walk us through the apartment. We have never had such a well-stocked rental. All the dishes and cooking equipment one could need. They even provided food in the fridge for breakfast! The apartment itself is incredibly spacious and the balcony view unbeatable. One of our favorite experiences of the trip was being able to watch the Fallas fireworks displays from the serenity of balcony. The location is perfect, just a seven minute walk to the Old City, groceries, or the metro. We were close enough to join the Fallas festivities with just a short walk, but far enough away that we could escape the crowds and noise when we wanted to. We really loved this apartment and could not have asked for better hosts. Truly the best rental experience we have had to date.

Perfect experience from start to finish! Anibal and Javier met us to check us in and answer any questions. They provided EVERYTHING we needed for our 1 month stay as far as household supplies. They were even considerate enough to have eggs, meats, and cheese for breakfast in the refrigerator, waiting for us! The apartment was just as the photos depict and quite comfortable...very homey in the best sense of the word! The views from the terrace were spectacular! The location couldn't have been better for us!! Very close to El Carmen, La Petxina, and the Turia. Anibal and Javier are wonderful hosts and just great people! Highly recommend!

This was our third stay in this wonderful apartment, it’s a home from home. The hosts are very helpful and kind, even leaving us lots of breakfast items to get started. Our hosts met us at the apartment and were very welcoming and left us lots of goodies in the fridge to enjoy for breakfast. The apartment while a little jaded is absolutely perfect for 4 adults, with everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The big balcony is a major plus to sit out at night and enjoy the city lights! The location to the old city is 5 minutes away. We loved it all. Spotless and very easy to access with an underground parking spot. We would highly recommend. Great value for money!

We were fortunate to rent this unit for over a month - beginning with Las Falles. The apartment was within walking distance of all the festival activities but just outside the Quart Towers to get away from the commotion. The view from the 9th floor Terrace was beautiful - both day and night. The apartment was very well equipped and our hosts were always accessible to provide info about Valencia and any questions about the apartment. The location was perfect - within easy access of the sights of Valencia and across the street from a bus stop to the outlying areas of the city, The neighborhood was very safe and within walking distance to grocery stores and cafes. We would highly recommend this apartment. As we write this, we miss our home away from home in Valencia.

We loved our stay at El Botànic / Apartamento Jardines! This super apartment is ideally located and in easy walking distance to the El Carmen district! There is a lift which makes it very convenient to getting up to the 9th floor! A beautiful view awaits you from the balcony! The view is over the botanical gardens! The apartment is spotlessly clean, very well equipped and very comfortable and a good size too! The apartment block is clean, neat and well kept! Considering the location it’s quiet and peaceful! The owners, Aníbal and Mercedes, very kindly met us and welcomed us on our arrival and gave us all the information that we needed! They very kindly and generously left a beautiful fruit bowl, a bottle of wine, cheese and jamon and a few other bits in the fridge to welcome us! Such a thoughtful touch and gesture! We managed to leave something behind and the owners very kindly have posted it back to us!! Communication with Aníbal and Mercedes is very good - they’re very responsive! And of course their English is excellent! We highly recommend their apartment! You will love your stay! ¡Muchos gracias! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality too!! We definitely want to return!

The apartment was great, large and extremely well-equiped, nice and quiet, but in a fantastic location, you can walk to anywhere in central Valencia. The hosts were incredible, they met us when we arrived at 9pm, nothing was too much trouble and they left us with a very generous amount of delicious food and a bottle of wine. I can't recommend it highly enough.

My wife & I have just had the pleasure of spending 9 nights in this wonderful apartment which certainly lived up to & in fact exceeded our expectations in all respects. This is by far the best apartment that we've ever stayed at in Spain ( and there have been many! )It was spacious, cool, quiet, well located & with exceptional views from the balcony. Anibal & his wife Merxe were perfect hosts, meeting us at the apartment on arrival & ensuring that we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Their hospitality was superb & they provided us with a very comprehensive welcome pack of food & drinks which were much appreciated after a long journey. The owners met us at the apartment and showed us around. They gave us information on attractions to visit and left a map for us. They also thoughtfully left us provisions for breakfast which we really appreciated. The apartment is excellent, large and very well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped and there are some lovely pieces of furniture. It is positioned just 5 minuted walk from the entrance to the old city, with all the sites and restaurants at hand. There are several supermarkets for provisions nearby. We really enjoyed our visit to Valencia, a city that mixes the old and the new. I can recommend the city and the apartment.

We had a splendid time in Valencia. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We were met by Anibal who came with us to show us how to access the garage which was below the building. We were given a brief history of the area which was very interesting. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. All the extras that had been provided by the hosts were most welcome. I have never stayed anywhere that has left so much in a welcome pack. We were very grateful. There were also games that we made use of at the end of the day. There was plenty to do and see in the town. The location of the apartment meant that everything that we needed was within easy walking distance. The Christmas market had an array of artisan crafts. It was very easy to find things that we wanted to buy. The science museum was well worth a visit. The architecture as well as the exhibits inside was captivating. The Central Market is also worth a visit. A pleasant stroll along the dry river bed was a must after a hearty lunch in one of the many excellent restaurants. As we had hired a car, we took a trip to the home of the paella, El Palmar. We could see the rice fields along the route. There were plenty of restaurants in the town and I'm sure in the Summer it would be difficult to find a table without booking. As it was a quieter time, we were lucky and had delicious mixed paella. Another day we took the tram to the seaside and strolled along the sea front. Again there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. We opted for the fixed menu which was only 15 Euros per head. We had salad and fried seafood starter, seafood paella (naturally) and a choice of dessert. Valencia is a very pleasant, historic town which has plenty to offer. I would happily return and stay in the same apartment.

Our first time doing an apartment stay rather than a hotel and have to say it was the smoothest experience! Our hosts contacted us in advance and greeted us at our apartment to show us around and even left a selection of breakfast items. The apartment itself is well located just to the west of the old town. Supermarket and a couple of cafes nearby too. A metro stop is less than 5 min walk and buses to the beach go from across the street (number 4 I think).The accommodation is spotlessly clean and very well equipped with linen, towels, kitchen equipment etc. The balcony catches the morning sun and was a good place to see the parrots flying around the botanical gardens below! It was also a perfect escape from the heat later in the day. We’ll definitely stay there the next time we visit Valencia. A big thank you to Anabal and his wife!

We were met by the very friendly and helpful owners who were more than happy to greet us as late arrivals. They spent some time guiding us around the apartment and offering useful information about the city of Valencia and its attractions. They also kindly left an appetising assortment of breakfast foods and a bottle of wine. The apartment itself was a perfect home from home. The furnishings were classy and the beds very comfortable. The few ornaments and the pictures made it a very pleasant place to be in. There were also plenty of novels and information books in Spanish and a few in English. The kitchen equipment was fully comprehensive, the owners have thought of everything, and as there were convenient supermarkets nearby it would be perfectly possible to prepare all meals in the apartment. The terrace has terrific views over the city. It was perfect for breakfast, bathed in early morning sunshine. By lunchtime it is in shade and ideal for shelter from the hot sun. To get into the heart of the old city is an easy ten minute stroll and the buses to the beach or to the City of Art and Culture stop just outside or across the road from the apartment. Overall it was the ideal place for us and exceeded our expectations. It was a peaceful and relaxing oasis away from the busy city, and a perfect auditorium for the extensive firework displays over the city as part of the local festivals. We had a wonderful weekend in Valencia. Our apartment was clean and extremely well equipped. Always wanted to see inside a traditional Spanish apartment and now we have and we were very comfortable. The apartment is situated just outside the walls of the old city and if you walk through the tower arch and carry on the same road it will eventually bring you out at the plaza de la virgin and the Catederal. Thank you to our very informative host Pedro who was as good as his word on meeting and greeting us. The botanical gardens that you can see from the balcony are well worth a visit and only €2.50 entrance fee.

Valencia is great city, the flat was large and comfortable and we were made very welcome by Anibal. We arrived late and they had bought us breakfast food which was very kind. Rooms are large, 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 single, 1 double and single) with essentials provided with aircon in 2 and a fan in the other. Beautiful views from the terrace and lovely lounge/dining area.

My husband and I have been renting apartments for the last 13 years when traveling through Europe and USA. This apartment is at the top of the list with a perfect 100% satisfaction rating. The view is lovely, the kitchen has all the essentials plus more, the interior is comfortable for body and pleasing to the eye. The hosts met us upon arrival, spent an hour reviewing the city layout, store locations, beach travel (very easy) and running paths (which are awesome if running or walking is your pleasure). They allowed us to stay until 3:00 on check out day (flight was at 5:00), then drove us to the airport at a moment's notice because the taxi drivers went on strike w/o warning. We will definitely stay here again, running the Valencia marathon is in the future. Thank you Anibal & Manuel! Your attention and kindness made our vacation more than special!

I've stayed in Spain dozens of time, in many different types of living quarters from fancy hotels to humble hostels and this apartment was my best experience EVER! The location is superb, the residence is absolutely lovely, with everything a nice home could offer, including a well stocked kitchen, a great little library that includes not only many beautiful Spanish books, but German and Engliish books as well, speedy wi-if, excellent TV reception with Spanish, German and English stations, a washer and separate dryer with detergent and other laundry supplies provided, and very comfortable beds. It was immaculate, spacious, had incredible views looking out over stunningly beautiful Valencia, and what is particularly difficult to find in exuberant Spain, it's super quiet. Our hosts were charming, greeting us at the door when we arrived and spending plenty of time showing us around the beautiful flat, providing us with detailed maps and directions to major sight seeing spots, and then staying a bit to have a wonderful little visit. They were so kind and interesting, it was like running into dear friends one hasn't seen for a while. We really didn't want them to leave. Valencia is one of the most beautiful cities in the world and much of that is because of the wonderful people. Staying here gave us a taste of both.

The apartment was lovely, homely, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The beds were so comfortable and it was very quiet. Everything you need to make a perfect holiday is in this apartment. Lovely view from the balcony and it was easy to walk into the city or get transport to the beach etc. You couldn't wish for better owners, they responded within hours and answered all our questions, were on hand if we needed them and were so warm and friendly. We relaxed and enjoyed our stay here so much, looking forward to coming back again soon. Thank you for a lovely time.

This is a large top (8th) floor apartment with a large terrace overlooking the botanical gardens with views over the rooftops to the cathedral and the historic city centre. The accommodation and furnishing is very high quality - as in the photos - with comfortable beds. The apartment faces east, away from the main road so it is also very peaceful at night. We were met by the owner Anibal and his wife who live nearby and were very helpful with lots of good suggestions for restaurants and what not to miss in the city. A few restaurants and bars are within a 2 or 3-minute walk and only 10 minutes walk to the historic centre with hundreds of good bars and restaurants. Basement car parking was very useful as we also travelled on to tour the region. We hope to return for a longer visit and would certainly recommend staying here.
