A modern, clean and spacious apartment in a great location

It was spacious, well appointed and warm. The location was an easy 15 mins walk from the city centre, and it was in a lovely area of Salzburg and with a really good restaurant on the ground floor!

Homely, spacious studio with lots of extra touches. Highly recommend

We loved this homely, spacious studio. Our host, Eva, accommodated our early arrival. The studio was well equipped with nice extra touches. It was very cold when we were there but the tidied was toast warm. It was about a 15 min walk to the old town so the location was good. Bit further to the train station but only about a 10 minute drive. One of the best places we stayed in our month around Europe.

Quite a few stairs to get to the studio. It didn’t bother us but getting cases up with mobility issues would be tricky

Perfect wee trip

This was our 2nd visit to these apartments. The 1st time we were lucky enough to have lots of snow. We love everything about it. From waking up to a view of the mountains to the cosiness of the apartment. It's located in a beautiful 20-minute walk from the centre. Eva was exceptionally helpful and was on hand for anything we needed. I highly recommend these apartments if you want to be away from the city centre. There are some lovely restaurants nearby and a supermarket. The only thing was, when we arrived by train from Munich, we picked up a couple of frozen pizzas as it was late. Then we discovered we didn't have an oven. We were saved by a lovely Italian restaurant up the road. This was our error, for not checking. All in all...everything about our trip was perfect.

Overall a beautfuil place

Excellent location, very central, beautiful area and parking available. The room was comfortable and self catering good.

The facilities in the room for the winter months felt insufficient, although central heating was available it was a Challange to get hot water, and only a bath available was a bit of a struggle

Would stay here again

The unit was spacious and attractive. There was everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with basic items (salt, sugar, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee creamer, tea bags, etc.) There was lots of storage for clothes so that we could unpack a bit. Eva arranged for us to receive a Guest Mobility Ticket (for free public transit) before we arrived. There is a great restaurant associated with the accommodation. The historic old town is a short and pleasant walk away.

There was no bath mat in the tub so care had to be taken not to slip when leaving the shower. Some tea bags of black tea would have been nice.

Eva is an attentive host and responds quickly, the apartment is spacious, luxurious and clean with excellent facilities. Very quick and scenic 15-20 min walk into the old town - even pass a vineyard. Excellent Austrian restaurant across the road which was very handy.

We liked it all and would happily stay with Eva again and definitely recommend to others.

Very nice stay in a wonderful part of the world

A great property with a bar and restaurant on site. The host was excellent and very helpful. Our apartment was on the top floor in the roof space. This had its challenges for a six foot male but not for a five foot two female. Car parking was easy. A ten minute walk into town through some very nice real estate. It’s only 500 yards from the lake used in the Sound of music.

Excellent place to stay

We made a last minute plan to spend a night in Salzburg. We were driving and wanted an easy place stay without the hassle of underground parking garages and a long walk with suitcases to a hotel. So it was great Sauerweingut had availability. We had a huge apartment. Clean and comfortable and would happily stay there again. Yep, it's 15 minutes walk from the town centre. But it's a very pleasant walk through a quiet, leafy suburb and then the tunnels. Much nicer than staying in the noisy central area. And not forgetting Eva, who is a great host.

Cozy property, super clean, Eva is just the best!!

Init was self catering, so no food included. Restaurant on property was 8/10....convenient and good food. The walk into town was just a bit of an effort after a long day in the City Center, but much better than parking in Old Towne! 4 days went by way too fast....we'll be back and stay here without any hesitation!

Maybe work out a deal with the on premises restaurant to include breakfast? Would be a great way to start the day.

Perfect place to stay just outside the old town

We had the studio plus and just loved our place! I could have stayed a month. Eva was great and we also met Hans, the owner, who bought us a drink :) The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We were given free bus passes that we used multiple times to get to the old town but we also walked, which was only about a 15 minute stroll. It was very convenient to park our car right at the property. I would highly recommend!!

Great Comfortable apartment - hard to fault

Fantastic apartment - very clean & modern fit out. Host was super accomodating & overall nothing to complain about other than the walk to town was a bit harder than anticipated. Just the same, would not hesitate to stay there again.

We enjoyed the quiet of the apartment, it was very clean too

I liked the sensor lights, no waste of electricity. The towels were nice, lots of information in the apartment. I liked the apples that were in the room as well as olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Only 4 capsules of coffee for 2 people staying 4 days. We bought some for us. Otherwise all was well.

Very nice apartments

Very nice place, very well done up and complete value for money. The rooftop on the attic was the best part in the house. Overall I would love to have stayed there longer had I known how the place looks like in real.

Spacious and comfortable

Very spacious. Beautiful neighbourhood. Very easy to get to town on the line 23 bus just opposite which runs every 15 min in summer. All overnight visitors now have free public transport in Salzburg! The walk would have been easy enough but we were there in a heatwave! Eva very responsive to requests and questions.

No air con, but two fans provided and we left the balcony door open all night. To be fair, the heat was fairly unprecedented.

Excellent family apartment in a pretty area.

Check-in was extremely easy. Many creature comforts were left for us, such as apples, coffee and creamer, and one A/C fan unit. The apartment offered two separate bedrooms and two toilets which is helpful when traveling with a family of 5. It was very clean, very pretty, and the location is so lovely!

A fan for each bedroom would have been nice.

Overall the accommodation was very acceptable.

No breakfast involved. Location was really good. Surrounded by mountains and a very short walk to a beautiful lake. We were allocated mobility tickets for public transport complimentary to the hostess. A lovely restaurant right next door and public swimming pool across the road. It was great that the bathroom had aid support with the shower and toilet.

A full length mirror would be very handy. The second bedroom was very squishy and the kitchen was very small. I did not like that to use the washing machine there was an extra 5 euro charge.

Spacy, Cosy, modern, clean. Can walk to downtown, a bit tricky but we are much prefer than taking a bus. Very nice and peaceful environment. Eva is a nice host, attentive, professional and quick response. We have a very good time there.
