Absolutely horrible

We were able to get in 1 hr early.

Everything! We were beyond disappointed with this unit. I have previously owned a home from 1865, so I was not expecting perfection because of the age and history. Although, I never in a million years would have expected what this property was. The pictures on the site did not reflect anything other than lay out of each room. The property was non refundable, which wasn’t a problem, but we would have eaten the cost of our stay to in another location. My husband suffered an injury and was not able to transition to a different property. The property over all was not clean. The light switch’s were dirty to the point the marks on them were black. I cleaned one and everything cleaned off of them with just water. The walls were the same way. All outlets were hanging out of the wall, except for the one that was masking taped to the wall. The comforter and sheets had brown stains on them…I’m not even thinking about the fact that it was probably blood. Two of the windows did not close and there was a constant breeze in the room. The floor has been redone with plank flooring. It was clearly not don’t with any attention to detail or quality. Each area had a blunt edge because they just cut the planks and did not attempt to put a transition or round any edges. My son ended up cutting his foot on these edges twice. We ran out of toilet paper and I contacted the owner but the did not respond. The entire room smelt like curry, now I understand that this is not something that the owners could fix but it was so strong and we couldn’t get the smell out. All of our clothes, and luggage smells like curry. Again, I have lived in a property built in 1865 for 7 years in no way were we expecting perfection, but this property was beyond disappointing. Our family has traveled thought the world and disburse camp with no running water or electricity for 2 weeks. We are not high end travelers.

This is a well situated apartment, but needs upgrading to meet the description.

On the positive: the accommodation is well situated, and it is a 20-30 minute walk into Salzburg. It could be good, if the issues are addressed.

There were several issues with the accommodation in Salzburg. I have attempted to contact booking.com customer service: there is still no response after three attempts. Kitchen This is described as well equipped. It is not. There is no frying pan, large knives (only a meat cleaver), tin opener, cheese grater, roasting dishes, baking trays or wine glasses. There is no toaster as described. There are only very small chopping boards. There is only 1 shelf in the oven, and no grill pan. This meant self catering was challenging with a family of 5. The sink area is in a poor state- the worktop is peeling. The fridge is missing shelves- there is only 1 shelf. There are no tea-towels or oven glove. Bathroom There is black mould on the walls, the ceiling is dirty, and the shower door sealant is not clean. The shower tray does not drain. The shower door is not adequately in place. Bedroom In the larger bedroom the curtains are not large enough for the windows. In the double bedroom, the lightshade is broken. Safety There is no smoke alarm or carbon monoxide detector. Parking The access to the rear of the property for parking is unsafe. We could not reverse the car due to loose gravel and the steepness.

Dirty and smelly, location is ok

The location is good, near to old town.

The property location is perfect but the apartment is not clean, there is spider and webs in the bathroom, kitchen has less utensils like no fork. The wooden floor is making super noise, the washroom gate has no lock so no privacy. Since it’s on the road side , lots of traffic noise which makes hard to sleep. The lights in the washroom is very dim and poor.

Salzburg is such a beautiful city i wish this house could have added to it

It was beautiful looking property from outside

The beds were broken, it was very bad for our backs.. my husband has sustained back pain since then till now, all rooms were small for big group to move around. Not properly managed. I had called the property if i can use the washing machine in the basement, they said they will come back on the same day. They never reverted throughout our stay. There was confusion in room allotment. There is a Travel pass for Salzburg region which was provided hours after checkin even after doing pre check in days in advance

Surprisingly quiet and close to downtown!

Great location. Surprisingly quiet. Just a 20 minute walk to downtown. Great for a small family. Host was super helpful and responsive. Water from tap is cold, fresh, and delicious. Larger bath than most. Adequate kitchen. Very comfortable.

Squeaky floors :) The ground floor unit bedroom is directly across from the main entrance to all three units (ground, 1st, 2nd) so it could be distracting when other unit guests are entering/exiting—we had no problems.

I would say it had all the basic amenities for a good stay, but there was not a living room/TV room as such but we had a relaxed and comfortable stay.

Good stay with a young family

Warm, comfortable and enough beds and space for our family (kids aged 2,5,7). We didn't spend much time at the apartment because we were busy but it was easy to get to the train station via a variety of busses which come regularly. The traditional restaurant a few mins down the road is excellent. The petrol station shop opposite is open 24 hours and stocks a lot of useful basics for food. I liked having our own space and this apartment ticked all of those boxes. I don't know if a cot and highchair could have been provided if I'd asked a bit more but it would have been helpful given the age of our youngest child.

The water spilled out of the shower onto the floor a lot but it was very warm in the bathroom so it did dry fast.

Апартаменти не відповідають фото . Дуже брудно , давно пора зробити хоч якийсь ремонт. Різноманітний посуд ,коструля без кришки , інша з відбитою ручкою .Старі зношені сковорідки . Кран вкухні відвалювався . Стелі в помешканні облуплені , в сан вузлі на стелі сліди затоплення і проступаючий грибок . Двері в душову відвалювались . З приємного , це дійсно чиста постільна білизна і рушники . В помешканні не було ні щітки , ні пилососа щоб за шість днів перебування можна було щось прибрати .

Einfach aber schlecht ausgestattet und minderwertige Qualität

Preis-Leistungs technisch war die Unterkunft ganz gut. Gut erreichbar mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und ein kleiner Bahnhof keine 10 Fußminuten entfernt. Zusätzlich gab es auch ein Guest Mobility Ticket für die Öffis. Wenn man eine einfache Buchung ohne viel Drama und Menschenkontakt will ist man hier richtig, weil man einfach einen Code für eine Schlüsselfach bekommt. Die Betten waren auch sehr gemütlich.

Leider war die Ausstattung sehr mager. Vor allem in der Küche hat einiges gefehlt, z.B. gab es nur 4 Gabeln für 6 Gäste und das ohne Geschirrspüler. Außerdem gab es in jedem Zimmer mindestens eine Sache die nicht funktioniert hat. Entweder war ein Lichtschalter kaputt, eine Steckdose direkt neben dem Waschbecken oder es konnte Wasser hinter die Spüle laufen, was auf jeden Fall zu Schimmel führen wird, bzw. schon geführt hat.

Bushaltestellen gleich nebenan, ein sehr gutes japanisches Restaurant fußläufig zu erreichen, viele Supermärkte in der Nähe

Die Matratzen waren ziemlich durchgelegen, ein Lattenrost im 3er-Zimmer quitschte fürchterlich bei der kleinsten Bewegung

Blízkosť k centru pešou chôdzou, všetko na dosah. Wifi pripojenie, príjemné teplo v apartmáne. Príjemný spánok aj napriek vŕzgajúcim posteliam. Apartmán je za príjemnú cenu, isto by som však menila hlavne dvere do kúpeľne.

Mínusom sú dvere na kúpeľni/WC. Neposkytujú súkromie. Treba namontovať normálne dvere. Plus ideálne by boli taktiež dvere do kuchyne. Škrípajúca podlaha. Vrzgajúce rošty na posteliach.

Besser als erwartet und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es liegt gut, es gibt einen Parkplatz und die obere Wohnung ist recht groß. Die genannten Mängel in Bezug auf die Ausstattung sind vor unserem Aufenthalt beseitigt worden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Liegt an einer großen Strasse und ist daher laut.

Für Familie geeignet.

Die Lage war super. Mitten im Zentrum, aber trotzdem Recht ruhig. Die Betten waren sehr angenehm und Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher wären in super Hotelqualität vorhanden. Ebenfalls war Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Der Ablauf war total unkompliziert und die Größe der Appartments ist super. Wir waren eine 5 köpfige Familie. Sauber war es ebenfalls. Bei Fragen war immer jemand zu erreichen und als einmal unsere Heizung ausgefallen war, würde sofort der Hausmeister kontaktiert und alles wieder in stand gesetzt

Leider ist die eigendlich liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung durch einige Abnutzungsspuren im ersten Augenblick etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir waren im 1 og. Im Bad blättert die Farbe ab und die Tür der Dusche ist defekt. Die Unterschränke des Waschbeckens in der Küche sind sehr in Mitleidenschaft gezogen und auch der Boden quellt durch wasser hier auf. Die Wohnung benötigt ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen, ansich ist sie aber sonst sehr schön. Einzig ein großer Kritikpunkt ist der Parkplatz, es gibt nur einen der vor der Wohnung ist, die anderen befinden sich unten am Gebäude. Die Abfahrt dorthin ist sehr steil und hat viele Schlaglöcher. Sowie sie mit Kies ausgestattet ist. Wir hatten teilweise große Schwierigkeiten dort wieder mit dem Auto hoch zu kommen. Da das Haus komplett belegt war, mussten wir immer mit den anderen Bewohnern sprechen und morgens früh aufstehen um sie rausfahren zu lassen. Da die beiden anderen Autos jeweils nur voreinander parken konnten und man somit eingeparkt war. Der Parkplatz müsste etwas überarbeitet werden. . Ansonsten ein sehr schönes Appartment, das nur ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen benötigt. Es gibt keinen Fernseher, das ist gerade für eine Familie sehr schade.

Une seule vraie place de parking pour trois logements d'où il faut sortir en marche arrière sur un axe très passant et en plus dans un virage .Le passage à côté de la maison est en forte pente et avec des trous énormes rendant les autres places inutilisable à moins d'avoir un 4*4 .Les lits font des grincements atroces et pas de table de chevet et de petite lampe dans une des deux chambre à coucher

Top Lage, verschimmelstes Bad

Die Lage des Apartments ist einfach unschlagbar! Alles, was man braucht, ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar – Restaurants, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich direkt vor der Tür. Auch die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist hervorragend, sodass man die Stadt problemlos erkunden kann. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es angenehm ruhig, sodass wir nachts sehr gut schlafen konnten. Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für einen Städtetrip.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt nicht angenehm. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem, da die Matratzen viel zu weich und durchgelegen waren – an erholsamen Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Zusätzlich war das Badezimmer in einem schlechten Zustand: An mehreren Stellen war deutlich Schimmel zu sehen, was weder hygienisch noch einladend wirkte. Für den Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr Komfort und Sauberkeit erwartet. Schade, da die Lage eigentlich gut gewesen wäre.

Elhelyezkedés, parkolás.

A kulcsokhoz a kódót csak akkor kaptuk meg, amikor érkezéskor felhívtuk a szállásadót. A fürdő teteje penészes, az egyik ágyrács el volt törve és emiatt puha volt a kihúzható ágy. A másik szobában koszos volt a kis tároló teteje, a konyhában a főzőlapon odaégett ételmaradék volt, az étkezőasztal ragadt, a mosogató szekrény széle elvált a szekrénytől. A mosdó pereménél közvetlenül van egy konnektor (?). Az on-line vendégregisztrációs linkhez tartozó foglalási kód nem volt megfelelő.

Schlimmster Urlaub aller Zeiten

Gar nichts eine komplette Katastrophe sind nach einer Horror Nacht in ein neues Appartement gefahren dort konnte man nicht schlafen

Schimmel überall an den Wänden alles kaputt die Küche der Boden das Badezimmer! der Strom hing überall heraus ich hatte wirklich lebensangst dort! Weder eine Antwort noch eine Entschädigung der Unterkunft und mein Kind hat auch noch ausschläge bekommen das wird noch rechtliche Konsequenzen haben

Schade um dieses romantische Häuschen

Saubere Bettwäsche, saubere Handtücher, gut beheizt, perfekte Lage für unseren Zweck

Desolater Zustand (Fotos): Wasserhahn in der Küche, Steckdose (extrem gefährlich!), Fensterbänke, Vorhangstange im Zimmer, … schmutziges Geschirr, schmutzige Sesselauflagen, Spinnweben,… Vermieter meldet sich nicht auf Infomail bzgl des kaputten Wasserhahns und der fehlender Geräte (Toaster, Kaffeemaschine), schickte lediglich am nächsten Tag einen Mitarbeiter mit einer Filterkaffeemaschine vorbei.

Gute Basis für den Salzburgbesuch

Die Lage des Appartements (wir waren im Dachgeschoss) ist super. Mehrere Buslinien und die Tram sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt, man kann aber auch zu Fuß in die Innenstadt gehen. Ein Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt liegt praktisch gegenüber. In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Restaurants. Obwohl das Haus an einer Einfallstraße steht, ist es in der Wohnung leise. Die Wohnung ist recht groß und besteht aus einem großen Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, in dem beide Betten und zwei Sofas stehen, Küche, Bad und Flur. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Küche ist recht gut ausgestattet. Die Heizung funktionierte sehr gut. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt, zusätzlich gibt es einige Kuscheldecken. Wir hatten zweimal Kontakt mit den Vermietern, diese waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber es gibt in der Wohnung weder einen Fernseher noch einen Toaster oder eine Mikrowelle. Der Kühlschrank hat kein Eisfach. Es gibt kein Reinigungsmaterial, lediglich Spülmittel, Schwamm und Küchenhandtuch in der Küche. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wäre es schön, mal fegen oder das Badezimmer putzen zu können. Außerdem könnte die Wohnung einige kleine Reparaturen vertragen, z. B. lässt sich das Badezimmerfenster nicht richtig schließen.

Sehr schön eingerichtet, leider sehr hartes und knarzendes Doppelbett. Einzelbetten für Kinder waren in Ordnung. Sehr nette Gastgeber und hervorragender Hotline Service

Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro anche a piedi.

Il termosifone della cucina non funzionava e non ho avuto risposte rapide dai gestori per la soluzione del problema che è stato risolto al terzo giorno perchè mi sono attivata di mia iniziativa con il personale delle pulizie che andando nel locale caldaia è riuscito a far funzionare il radiatore.
