Location was accessible and parking was available

It was very hot 30 degrees on the day we were there, no air conditioning in the premises. There were 2 fans, one was not working. No soap or toiletries in the apartment. Apartment we booked was on the second floor so he prepared to haul your luggage up the stairs. The owner of the apartment responded late and was least concerned that the fans weren’t working, they said that since we were there for just 2 days, they won’t provide a new fan or soap/ shower gel etc.

Good location but lots of silverfish and bugs

It was a very big space in an old country house. There was a bus right outside the front door that took you to the heart of Salzburg in less than 10 mins. The host also provided us with public transport cards for the entirety of our stay. Beate at City Oasis was also very helpful in letting us extend our stay for one night

Unfortunately, it was not very clean. There seems to be an infestation of Silverfish not only in the bathroom but I also found a large one crawling around in our bed. I contacted City Oasis and they just said its unharmful to humans but I felt deeply disgusted. some spaces were very dusty and there were a few cobwebs with spiders and things.

Well presented spacious apartment, had a great stay.

The apartment was very well presented, spacious and had everything we needed. Spar shop just a short walk away. Close to a bus stop with easy connections to many routes, easy to work out. About a 15 minute walk into the beautiful old town, past a park with a good outdoor calisthenics gym/workout area, lido, tennis courts, volleyball etc. Host was quick to reply to questions. Very peaceful setting and quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again.

10/10 Salzburg experience!

The house is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The view from the terrace is amazing! It’s a great accommodation for someone who prefers to stay a bit outside of the city to enjoy the nature but still with an easy access to the city to visit whenever you feel like (about 20-30 mins walking). The house was beautiful, you can tell that the host is paying attention to small details which makes the place so special :) You need to remember that this is a small old house so don’t expect luxury like in a 5 star hotel. But you can definitely feel the spirit and a great vibe of a cottage house ☺️

Stay away!

Spacious

No TV, no microwave, doors don't close, weird layout and worst of all the owners do not answer. We had problems with the self-checkin process that should give you a free public transportation card for your stay in Salzburg. They didn't answer, and we had to pay 30 euro for the 3 days of buses. I guess we're lucky that was our only problem. Seems like there can be many problems in that dump. Stay away!

The toilet design is not great, water keeps coming out of the shower flooding the wash basin area every time someone takes a shower. The first floor of the building is a little creepy with old family pictures

Soddisfatto

Eravamo in 8 abbiamo preso l’appartamento all’ultimo piano da 6 persone e quello da due nella casa di fronte. L’appartamento da due era nuovo molto carino. Soggiorno ottimo, ci sono arrivati i biglietti del bus. Proprietaria molto disponibile. Andare in centro in auto è impossibile per via del traffico, invece a piedi erano 30 minuti. Molto comodi i mezzi pubblici.

L’accesso al parcheggio interno presenta una salita che era piena di neve e ghiaccio, senza catene era impossibile salirci con le ruote 4 stagioni. Con le ruote invernali invece non c’erano problemi. Non ho compreso la scelta di non lasciare scopa e paletta come riportato in altre recensioni.

Alles in allem okay, an der Sauberkeit kann man jedoch noch arbeiten!

Die Wohnung ist für zwei Familien (mit jeweils einem Kind) sehr praktisch und jedenfalls groß genug. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut.

Sämtliche Polstermöbel (Polsterbezüge, Fauteuils, Sitzbank) waren extrem stark verschmutzt und mit ekeligen Flecken übersät. Diese regelmäßig zu säubern sollte kein Problem sein! Die Bettwäsche hingegen war sauber und strahlend weiß.

Alejado del centro, aunque con autobus ( parada a 3-4 minutos) llegas al centro en 10-15 minutos. No tiene TV. Se oye demasiado a los otros inquilinos

Mi è piaciuta la tranquillità e l’ambiente accogliente.

Abbiamo dormito in quattro persone (due coppie) in una camera sola, anche se molto grande, con un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto. Probabilmente abbiamo capito male al momento della prenotazione ma siamo stati soddisfatti lo stesso.

Fantastica salisburgo

Casa bellissima e spaziosa, confortevole e arredata benissimo, a pochi metri dalla fermata bus, in poche fermate eri al centro storico, tra l'altro intera rete gratuito per tutto il soggiorno. Piccolo market a pochi metri. Staff gentile e presente. Veramente super consigliato.

Magari sarebbe meglio far trovare la casa calda. Ma veramente un piccolo dettaglio.

Prodloužený víkend

Klíče byly v bezpečnostní schránce s kódem který jsme včas obdrželi. Ubytování je v dochozí vzdálenosti od centra a všech atrakcí. Vše na fotografiích se shoduje s realitou, není to supermoderní ubytování ale zcela dostatečné na prodloužený víkend.

V jedné z koupelen byl cítit odpad. Berte v úvahu, že k ubytování vedou schody takže to není pro lidi s pohybovým omezením.

REGALO PERFECTO EN AUSTRIA

El apartamento es una preciosidad de casita de campo situada junto a una casa más grande. Es un primer piso muy acogedor y todo el espacio principal (salón, cocina y dormitorio) es diáfano, lo que lo hace aún más agradable. El menaje es suficiente y cuenta con lavadora, tendedero, plancha y tabla de planchar. También tiene hervidor de agua y cafetera, aunque en nuestro caso no pudimos usar la cafetera porque faltaba el filtro. El secador funciona bien y la cama es muy cómoda. El baño está completo y en perfecto estado. Incluye un bono de transporte público, algo que facilita muchísimo las visitas por la zona, y el aparcamiento en la misma puerta es un plus. En general, un alojamiento muy recomendable por comodidad y ubicación.

Unbewohnbar durch massiven Silberfischbefall – Keine Entschädigung

Leider hat die Art und Weise von dem Vorgehen des Vermieters unseren Urlaub zu einem Horror Trip gemacht!

Wir sind gegen 21:40 Uhr über den Self-Check-in in die Unterkunft gelangt und mussten den geplanten Aufenthalt aufgrund eines massiven Befalls mit Silberfischen sofort abbrechen. Uns war bewusst, dass es sich nicht um ein Luxushotel handelt. Wir hätten über kleinere Mängel, wie allgemeine Unsauberkeit, Spinnweben oder das stark fleckige Stoff-Bettgestell, hinweggesehen. Auch die Silberfische, die wir nur im Bad gesehen hätten, wären für uns in Kauf zu nehmen gewesen. Ausschlaggebend war jedoch der Befall im Schlaf- und Kochbereich: Die Tiere befanden sich unter jeder Bettdecke, jedem Kopfkissen und in sämtlichen Küchenschubladen. Bei jedem Aufdecken der Decke waren sofort neue Tiere sichtbar. Dieser Zustand machte die Wohnung unbewohnbar. Da die Nutzung nicht möglich war, mussten wir uns kurzfristig in der Nacht und mit zusätzlichen Kosten Ersatzunterkünfte suchen. Die Klärung des Sachverhalts war extrem schwierig und zog sich über vier Tage hin, in denen wir mit dem Vermieter und Booking.com im Dauer-Schriftverkehr waren. Der Vermieter war telefonisch nie erreichbar oder wies Anrufe ab. Die gesamte Kommunikation erfolgte schriftlich und blieb ergebnislos. Trotz des klaren Mangels und unserer Nichtnutzung der Unterkunft behält der Vermieter den vollen Preis für alle drei Nächte ein. Booking.com erklärt sich für nicht zuständig, da die Entscheidung beim Vermieter liegt. Dieser Stress überschattete und vermieste unsere gesamte, lange geplante Geburtstagsreise komplett. Fazit: Aufgrund des Zustands und des Verhaltens des Vermieters ist die Unterkunft nicht zu empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt. Für drei Nächte haben wir für zwei Personen 382,22€ (eine Frechheit für den Zustand)

Egyszer, de csak egyszer jó volt......

Hangulatos kis házikó az udvar hátsó részén, felső szintje az apartmann.A szoba hangulatosan berendezett illik a kicsit régies, de szerethető házhoz.A konyha jól felszerelt lehetne, de mivel hiányzik a mikro (megoldottam vittem a munkahelyemről ) így nem lehet jól felszereltnek nevezni, amúgy minden van ami kell, mosógép is. Szép nagy zöld mezőre, fákra néző terasz bútorokkal. A belváros, óváros gyalog a Salzach mentén sétálva kicsit messze van, autóval a díjköteles parkolóövezet miatt nem egyszerű.Esténként 19 után ill. szombat 16-tól hétfő reggelig ingyenes parkolás. 2 bolt is a közelben akár gyalog is. A város gyönyörű, ismerem hiszen itt dolgozom, de a párom csak most volt itt előszőr, sokat kirándultunk, a vár,belváros, óváros, Mirabell palota/kert, Hellbrunn kastély mesés, Red Bull Hangar-7, 17 km-re a sasfészek (D), esős idő miatt voltunk a Lokwelt vasúti múzeumban is 5 km (D) ..stb...stb.....42 fokból jöttünk ide a 13 fokba, ráadásul esett vagy 4 napig.

Az apartmannban nincs TV, ez itt az EU, Ausztria nem a balkán, városi szállás 2025-öt írunk...., de mivel volt két laptopunk is azt hittük majd nézünk filmeket esténként interneten, tévedés volt. Vérszegény, halálosan gyenge wi-fi, majdnem másfél hétig állandóan kimaradó, megszakadó internetkapcsolat, katasztrófa, aztán a szobában lévő jelerősítő "újraindítása" kicsit javított a helyzeten, de a jótól még így is fényévekre volt. Balkáni többhetes tengerparti nyaralásról jöttünk ide, ott 0-24-ig gigaerős internetünk volt az elsőtől az utólsó napig megszakítások nélkül.Ez pedig az EU, Ausztria, Salzburg, tartományi székhely, városi szállás halálosan gyenge intenettel. Parkolás az udvarban, leírva szépen hangzik, elméletileg 4 apartmann van így akár úgy ahogy 4 autó el is férne, de volt mikor 6 autó parkolt egymás hegyén hátán a szűk udvarban, ráadásul az enyémet a munkahelyemen hagytam, úgy hoztak haza, az a hetedik lett volna, de úgysem tudtam volna beállni, az utcán meg nem lehet parkolni. Agyrém......

Δεν ήταν ευχάριστη λόγω της μυρωδιάς κ της καθαριότητας.

Ήταν άνετο για την οικογένεια μας κ είχε πάρκινγκ όπως περιέγραφε που ήταν σημαντικό για εμάς. Η κουζίνα κ το ψυγείο αξιοπρεπέστατη για όποιον θέλει να τη χρησιμοποιήσει.

Το δεύτερο μπάνιου του τρίτου ορόφου μύριζε αφόρητα με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να κοιμηθούμε ούτε να το χρησιμοποιήσουμε , αναγκαστήκαμε 6 άτομα να χρησιμοποιούμε ένα μπάνιο για όλα. Επίσης δεν είχε σε κανένα μπάνιο ούτε λίγο σαπούνι ή σαμπουάν για να πλυθείς. Επίσης δεν ήταν ούτε καλά σκουπισμένο κ σφουγγαρισμένο.

Bom custo x benefício

Sim, foi muito bom. Local limpo e bem localizado. A poucas paradas do centro histórico. Ponto de ônibus quase em frente ao apartamento. Check in fácil e comunicação excelente com o proprietário.

Apartamento um pouco antigo, mas tudo funcionava bem. Senti falta de um ar condicionado, pois viajamos no mês de julho (verão), e fez um pouco de calor a noite

Für ein paar Tage in Ordnung, leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Lage war super, Bushaltestelle nicht weit. Die Wohnung war sehr gross, 2 Bäder. Die Schlüsselübergabe war einfach.

Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Vieles kaputt. Sitzgelegenheiten sehr schmutzig und mit Flecken überseht. Türen schließen nicht richtig. Kein Fernseher. Im Dachgeschoss sehr warm ohne Klimaanlage. Die Bettkissen sind viel zu dick und unbequem zu schlafen.

Przyjemny weekend w Salzburgu

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, nieco na uboczu, ale blisko do centrum. Nieopodal przystanek autobusowy. Apartament, w którym przebywaliśmy, zlokalizowany był na parterze dużego domu i posiadał indywidualne wejście. Duża jadalnia z dobrze wyposażonym aneksem kuchennym i pokój z dużym łóżkiem oraz rozkładaną sofą. Dostępne ręczniki i środki czystości. W cenie apartamentu był darmowy parking.

Brak kuchenki mikrofalowej i TV.

必要なものは、ほとんど全て揃っていて、部屋に無料の洗濯機がありました。キッチンは充実していて、オーブンまでありました。十分な広さと清潔なベッド、バルコニーやかわいいデザインのお部屋が気に入りました！アクセスも悪くなく、ホストとの連絡もきちんと取れました。

一度シャワーを使いすぎてお湯が出なくなり、水になってしまいました。（電子レンジはありません）。少し街から離れた静かな場所にあるので、本当に虫が苦手な人は気をつけてください。（それほど虫には困らされていません。）ほぼ全て良かったです！！お勧めします。

Goede locatie, met gedateerd comfort.

Mijn verblijf in de City Oasis Salzburg was een gemengde ervaring. Wat meteen opvalt, is het schattige uiterlijk van het verblijf: de ligging met uitzicht op de bergen en het terras geven een prettige sfeer. De nabijheid van het oude centrum van Salzburg, op ongeveer 2 kilometer afstand, is een pluspunt, zeker omdat er een goede busverbinding is; de dichtstbijzijnde halte ligt op loopafstand. Dit maakt het makkelijk om de stad te verkennen zonder een auto nodig te hebben.

Toch viel het interieur me tegen. Het oogt gedateerd en oubollig, wat het comfort enigszins vermindert. Een ander minpunt is het slechte internet, wat lastig was voor zowel werk als ontspanning. Ondanks de prettige locatie en het charmante uiterlijk, ben ik achteraf niet helemaal tevreden met de prijs-prestatieverhouding. Voor het geld had ik meer verwacht qua comfort en faciliteiten.

Wunderbare Erfahrung

Ein super süßes kleines Häuschen mit sehr komfortablem Doppelbett (gute Matratze, eher hart), voll ausgestattete funktionstüchtige Küche, welches man komplett allein bewohnt. Das Highlight waren für mich der Ofen (man bekommt Holz, Anzünder ect. soviel man möchte) und die mit Wein bewachsene Terrasse mit Blick auf eine Wiese. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt. Falls man Fragen hat, kann man sich jederzeit an den sehr hilfsbereiten und freundlichen „Hausmeister“ wenden, der sein Büro auf dem Gelände hat und darüber hinaus telefonisch erreichbar ist. Eignet sich für Urlaub & Citytrip. Hervorragend aber auch als Worcation, weil man seine Ruhe hat. Und trotzdem super Anbindung: 3min. zur Bushaltestelle Rennbahnweg, von dort 15min. bis Innenstadt. 10min fussläufig bis S-Bahn-Station Parsch. 10min. fußläufig befindet sich Lidl, BIPA und eine sehr schöne Traditions-Bäckerei mit super Kuchen und Eis.

Wer die absolute Ruhe sucht, für den könnte trotzdem die viel befahrene Aigner Str. etwas störend sein. Abends ist dort jedoch kein Verkehr mehr.
