Spacious and well appointed apartment in perfect location.

Spacious and well appointed apartment in a perfect location within walking distance from everything.

The washing machine is shared with other apartments and is on the bottom floor while our apartment was on the tops floor. On the first day, after already carrying our bags up three levels on a narrow winding spiral staircase, we had to go back up and down four more times just to get one load of washing done as the washing machine was in use by others.

Location is amazing, the best possible location for Salzburg, right in the middle of the old town with endless good dining options, bars, fun place.

The shower is on a slope and it's not sealed so every time we took a shower the bathroom got flooded. There was no soap / shampoo, no coffee, only two towels for two people for 4 days, only on garbage bag, we had to buy more bags. The booking was for two adults and two bedrooms but in reality there was only one real bedroom. The other was a very small room with no closet and a bed that took most of the room, there was almost no room for a suitcase. For 220 euros per night we expected a little more. Parking turned out to be problematic. The closest (10 minutes walk) is very expensive (40 euros for each 24 hours).

Staying in the heart of the city was a unique experience

The location was exceptional, right in the middle of Salzburg, and it was a real bonus to have our own outdoor space. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well equipped with china and cutlery

The shower screen totally blocked access to the bath taps, so it was actually impossible to have a bath. Many other small things were lacking - cleaning materials, table mats, instructions on how to dispose of rubbish.

Charming flat in a historic building

The flat is in great location, right in the old town of Salzburg. It is also in the historic building and has great charm and character to it. It’s well equipped for a comfortable stay and is very clean and well maintained.

The shower is not convenient - it has no base and big gaps in the doors, leading to all the water run through and flood the bathroom. No Air Conditioner - it will be very hot there if the temperature is above 23-24 C.

Simply wonderful! I would stay again for sure!

This cozy little apartment is in such a perfect location! We loved this area of town—it was within walking distance of anything—and we could hear the cathedral chimes—and even music students singing! We also loved being at the entrance to the steep climb up to hill to a beautiful city overlook, too. Such a cool location!!!

The shower doors were a little tricky; keeping water IN the shower space. But we did get it figured out. It was a little warm in the apartment. We kept the windows open, which was lovely—just had to prop them open so the wind wouldn’t close them.

I liked this apartment. It was nice to be in an original old building.

The apartment was comfortable and clean, and in a great location. We didn't get any problems, but the host sent several emails so I think if there had been any problems they would have been sorted. Beds were fine; shower worked well and water was hot; kitchen was small but well equipped; living/dining area was comfy.

It is not clear when booking that access to the only bathroom is through one of the bedrooms - not a problem for us but I would have liked to know this before I booked. We were in flat 3 on the second floor - be prepared for a spiral staircase.

Great, excluding the problem with the water on the bathroom floor, essentially annoying.

The location was perfect. Very close to old town, five minutes by foot. Very lively area with helpful little restaurants for food and a supermarket a few meters away. The apartment itself is very spacious with two rooms, wardrobes, comfortable tables, armchairs, sofas and fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment is on the first floor, access by stairs only. Definitely not a place for people with mobility issues. To get to the house you go uphill and there are steps on the side. No access by car. The shower in the bathroom, rudimentary construction on the floor, with the water overflowing from the outside and no care to collect it. Lucas himself did not respond to our calls through the platform for help.

Location is perfect, check in was easy, host communicated well with us.

A few of the things on the property listing weren’t available in the apartment (fan, clothes drying rack). Without fans this apartment gets quite stuffy and hot in summer. The only bathroom for the Apartment with Terrace is accessed through one of the bedrooms. As two couples travelling together, this was uncomfortable and we would have booked elsewhere had we known in advance.

The location was fantastic! You are close to everything, including a lot of restaurants.

1) We were going to use both bedrooms, because we’re not a couple. Therefore, I had sent a message to the owner a week before arrival saying that we were going to use both bedrooms. Still, when we arrived, only the double bed in the one room was prepared. After I called the owner, he brought a sheet for the bed in other room. 2) The floor in the sitting room wasn’t clean. We stepped on several “items” on the floor shortly after we arrived. 3) It’s nice with a washing machine, but the money slot was really annoying. It eats your coins without registering them. Get rid of that money slot and include the expenses for the washing machine in the rent, like everybody else does. 4) Generally, the furniture was worn out, and the beds were horrible!

Prime location in a comfortable space with a few caveats

The flat couldn't be much better for location. You're right in the middle of old town and have a mountain trail right outside the door as well. The flat was nicely sized, rustic, and the manager came out that evening to provide us with a baby cot which was very helpful.

Although it was clean where it mattered most (ie the bedsheets, the kitchen and the bathroom) other areas could use a deep clean. It's an old building on the ground floor so it was rather dark and seemed to collect condensation. The environment would be improved with more lighting and having a dehumidifier running. The bathroom, although romantic, isn't very practical without a shower. Lastly the washing machine, albeit convenient, is confusing. The process would be benefited by clearer and more explicit instructions.

The stairs to the apartment are narrow spiral stairs. Didn’t affect our stay but an FYI to anyone with mobility issues. Communication with the owner took some time for replies.

nothing, pathetic property , fraud property

pathetic property, incorrect description on booking.com and all other websites. Now can will take you to apartment since it’s uphill and in a narrow lane. there were spiders and cobweb everywhere, nothing worked in kitchen. All appliances, utensils, racks etc were dirty. Owner doesn’t pick your calls and if you drop a message the they respond after more than 12 hours. Very poor heating and dampness in property. I would not recommend to anyone, even in my dreams.
