Junker's Apartments

Everything, but mostly the facilities: the owner has all kind of kitchen equipment (coffee machine, microwave, toaster), there is a nice fridge and a dishwasher available. The apartment is located in a quiet area, though the bus is just in 3 min walk, and it is very convenient to get both to the city center or to the mountains using the same line. Also the owner is a nice person and was responding very quickly to all our questions before and during the trip.

Nothing. Just maybe having an iron would be beneficial.

The location was perfect, accessible via public transport but far enough out of the city to be quiet. The views were spectacular just outside of the apartment.

It was very hot when we stayed and air conditioning would have been nice; however, I appreciate that the weather is not always like this. Open windows and the fan kept the apartment cool enough. This is only a very minor point as we loved the apartment!

This was a spacious, clean, modern apartment. It was very comfortable for two people. The location was a little outside of the city but we were easily able to ride a bicycle and public transportation to quickly get anywhere. It was nice to be outside of the touristy area. The host lives upstairs and was very helpful!

This apartment is wonderful. In a fantastic location a 2 minute walk from the bus stop (frequent buses) and 4 minutes from the supermarket. The bus ride into central Salzburg is less than 10 minutes and free with a guestcard. The apartment is better than the photos. It is very light with lots of windows and garden outlook. It is spacious and very well equipped. The kitchen and utensils are of high quality and there was sufficient of everything for us to invite friends around for dinner one evening. The washing machine is shared with the other apartment, but that wasn't a problem. It was very hot during our stay, but opening windows at night and using the provided fan kept us very comfortable. The allocated carpark was terrific. The highlight for us was the provision of high quality bicycles. Each morning we enjoyed a wonderful ride around the surrounding area, all on bike paths or very quite roads. The scenery is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Jurgen. We would love to visit again.
