Beautifully clean apartment in central location

I travelled with my wife and 3 children (14, 12, 9). Felix was a fantastic host and the apartment was amazing. It was extremely clean and everything was provided. The location was within walking distance of all the city attractions. I could not recommend the apartment more highly.

Ideal apartment for families in the heart of Salzburg

The location could not have been more perfect for our visit! We were able to walk everywhere in town, and we were just steps from the Christmas Market. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed. Felix was extremely gracious and responsive to our questions. It was a modern apartment in an historic building.

Fantastic Apartment!

This was probably our favorite stay of our trip, its an absolutely beautiful apartment in the PERFECT location - truly close to everything. The apartment itself is very nice - the bathroom is spacious and luxurious, the bedroom is large and the bed is really comfy. Felix was incredible with communication and was very hospitable. The location is right in the middle of the city center and is within walking distance to literally everything. Highly recommend this stay!

Fabulous place to stay

This is fabulous apartment. Wonderful location in Salzburg altstadt. Very short walk from taxi drop off. Very convenient for catching bus to outlying tourist sights like the salt mine or Hellbrunn. Rathous bus stop (named for old town hall that is no longer there) is right nearby. With the free Salzburgerland travel card (get for free as part of payment of tourist tax) you can just hop on bus or regional trains for free. Felix is an outstanding host. Apartment is even better in person vs pictures. Felix has lots of nice extras in the apartment to welcome you to Salzburg.

The only place to stay in Salzburg!

This was, hands down, our favorite place during a two week trip around Austria. As a family of four, the apartment was spacious, beautiful, and in the perfect location. The owner, Felix, went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Chocolates and beer were left in the room (which were the perfect treat after a hot day in Salzburg), and Felix included a plethora of information ranging from restaurants, markets, and medical care (in case of an emergency). Salzburg was warm, but there were two large fans that circulated the air, and opening the windows provided a lovely breeze. We loved listening to the lively conversations outside, and the view of the cathedral was beautiful. Also, it was nice to do a few loads of laundry. I was worried that it would be difficult to dry our clothes, but the apartment had a large drying rack that worked perfectly. And if you’re picky about your shower, this is the place to stay because the rain shower was glorious. Whenever I had a question, Felix answered my emails almost immediately. If you’re uncertain where to stay in Salzburg, don’t hesitate to book this apartment! You won’t be disappointed!!

Impeccably clean. Felix responded quickly to my messages. The beds were very comfortable. Quiet. Nice big tv where we watched the Sound of Music before the tour! Treats in the refrigerator on arrival. Thank you, Felix! Well equipped kitchen. Shower was fantastic. Great water pressure and hot. Just absolutely perfect. Many thanks :)

An amazing end to our Austria adventure

Felix was an amazing host! This was by far the best accommodation we stayed at during our entire trip in Austria from the cleanliness to the responsiveness from the host. He even left us chocolate and beer as a welcome gift! 11/10 experience we will stay here again!

Excellent location, right in the centre of the old town. Close to shops and restaurants. The apartment was immaculate and Felix was the perfect host - going out of his way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We loved our stay in Salzburg and would definitely come back and stay here again.

What a great apartment; great location and great facilities and very clean.

We liked the location, the facilities and the cleanliness. Felix, the owner, was really helpful with anything we needed during our stay. We will return to Salzburg within the next 12 months and will definitely stay at this property. It had everything we needed for the stay; it could not be bettered - step out of the door and you are right in the heart of Salzburg.

Excellent. We highly recommend this property. The apartment is perfectly located at the old town. Everything is just at the doorstep. Bus stop of 840 to Königssee, Germany is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Felix the host is very helpful and responsive. Hervorragende Lage. Mitten in Salzburg. Die Innenstadt, Burg etc. - alles praktisch vor der Haustür. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel schnell erreichbar. Die erste Ferienwohnung seit 25 Jahren, in der tatsächlich Alles vorhanden war, was wir nutzen und benötigen. Der Gastgeber hat gefühlt an alle Eventualitäten gedacht. Fühlte sich fast wie eine eigenen Zweitwohnung an. 2 sehr geräumige Zimmer, 2 separate Toiletten

Perfekter Ort für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt im Herzen von Salzburgs Altstadt.

Felix als Vermieter ist überaus hilfsbereit und sehr sympathisch. Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage zentral in der Altstadt, so dass man alles Wichtige leicht und schnell zu Fuß erreichen kann. Im zweiten Stock (Fahrstuhl vorhanden!) mit Blick auf den Dom gelegen ist die Wohnung dabei sehr großzügig, gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet. Besser kann man in Salzburg nicht unterkommen.
