It’s a bit strange.

It was large, very clean, comfortable and only a short walk to town.

The urinal, and the no standing to pee sign on the toilet. I have never seen a urinal in a home before. I thought it was a bit strange. Sleeps 6 but only one shower and one toilet (plus a urinal) so bare that in mind. We were only 4 so it was fine.

Innsbruck is a beautiful city and this accommodation was well located.

Location was great. There was a lovely little Christmas market almost directly outside.

The apartment was a little smaller than expected which meant it was a squeeze for the five of us for example the dining table was not easy to get five around.

Comfy apartment close to city centre

Large 1st floor apartment in a quiet residential area. 3 Large comfortable bedrooms 10-15 mins walk to river and city centre. Spar shop only 5-10 mins walk.

For an apartment that sleeps 7-8 people there is only one toilet. Also no sink in toilet so you have to either wash hands in kitchen or you have to walk all the way through the flat to the shower room.

Nice apartment in a good location but horrible noise issues late at night from ground floor tenants

The beds were comfortable and the apartment was well-outfitted and clean. The location was good as it was only a 10 minute walk from Mirabell Palace.

The main reason for the low score rating is due to extreme noise discomfort from neighboring properties. This review applies to the budget apartment located on the 1st floor (one floor above ground). I would assume that this problem does not exist for apartment properties located on higher floors. We could not sleep on our first night due to loud music (imagine heavy, booming bass) from the restaurant located directly below two of the bedrooms. We asked the restaurant to lower their noise, and they finally turned off their music (which had been on since 8 pm) sometime around 1 am. The lack of sleep made for a difficult next day as we were still jetlagged and used to going to bed before 10 pm (which is when "quiet hours" are expected to start according to the apartment instructions). The second night of our stay, there was loud noise from directly below that lasted for a few hours and did not end until past 10 pm. This time, the noise came from some sort of industrial facility (which is not visible from the street, but is visible once you enter the main entrance door to the building). I don't know what was causing the noise, but it sounded like heavy furniture or equipment was being moved across the floor. Although the apartment was nice and well kempt, the noise levels from neighbors made for an uncomfortable stay. I would not stay in the 1st floor apartment in the future even if it's offered for free.

Home away from home

The place was clean and we actually got a 3bedroom/5 beds for 4 people(can’t complain). There is a nice sitting area in the kitchen and a ton of utensils, pots and pans and dishes in the kitchen. Difinitely recommended.

Clean but a bit too pricy for the apartment

- clean - nice interior designing - Great location

- whatsapp only for "emergencies" so mostly we had to write emails - we paid 117€ for 1 night and asked to extend for 1 night and they offered the second night for 170€ and claimed it was already discounted - the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable - there was 1 empty body lotion and 1 body wash that's it - no cutlery/pots/plates nothing in the kitchen - bit expensive for that kind of apartment - no lift (2nd floor) - underneath on ground floor there is a restaurant/bar so sometimes it was loud + thin walls so you could hear the neighbors sometimes - no nightstand - heater wasn't working (we couldn't connect as they only were reachable by email)

Quirky base for Salzburg sightseeing

Quirky decor, lovely balcony, great shower.

Some of the lights in the bedrooms didn't work and the heat setting on the hairdryer is broken - although the hairdryer does work!

Great location but various issues need addressing.

Location very good and spacious studio flat. Nice coffee machine and fan. When we arrived owners responded promptly to a specific issue.

Flat was not cleaned properly, very dusty e.g. around windows, bathroom, skirting board. Small fridge which was damaged. Rubbish arrangements unclear. No bottle opener. I suggest the owners should live in this space for several weeks to see firsthand the deficiencies.

Very good

Lots of room for the four of us. Very soundproof unit- really loved the design of the windows as they allow either tilting or completely opening the window or door. Location was within walking distance of most things. Bus stop was just around the corner. WiFi was consistent and speedy enough. Appreciated the coffee and tea in the unit. Beds were very comfortable. Unique space in terms of design and location. Great having laundry facilities. Could easily stay here long term.

Industrial design of decor meant that odd choices were made for some things. Water flow and temperature were controlled by a hot and a cold valve, not marked, and difficult to find a comfortable temperature. Stairs. Lots of stairs. If you have lots of or large, heavy bags, be forewarned that you'll have to carry them up 3 flights of stairs. Shower was a little inconsistent in water pressure that made it to your body, and water ended up far from the shower stall due again to the industrial design.

Very modern property. Loved the decor. Was well equipped and designed Loved the kitchen and the extra wee quirky bits Large lounge and great kitchen and balcony to socialise if travelling with friends Great location close to bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk into town.

It states 2nd floor on the property descriptions. It’s not. It’s at least the 4th floor with no lift!! There was at least 4 flights of stairs and then another 2 to get into the flat. If you are travelling with someone with mobility problems or disabled you will struggle with this apartment , especially with luggage. I think the owners should stage exactly how many flights of stairs to be transparent as I am disabled and really struggled. 2nd floor I could deal with My other issue was after the booking and close to confirmation you are asked to pay another €80 for cleaning The skirting boards were thick with dust and window cills so not sure what €80 was cleaning. Surely, the cleaning fees are inclusive in the rental fee? I feel this is very misleading as it ended up expensive for a 2 night stay

Large apartment in a nice neighborhood - 20 minute walk to downtown

Nice neighborhood - a good walk from downtown, but doable. Very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds!

TV service didn’t work. Listed as being on the 2nd floor, but there’s another entire floor of stairs after you enter the apartment. Listed as having a bidet - what it actually has is a urinal, which is right inside the bathroom door & stares at you from the hallway.

Very comfortable beds, decent, central location. Washer and dryer in unit was nice to have also. Decent kitchen with a dishwasher.

There was no way of turning on the heater in temperatures below freezing it was uncomfortably cold the entire time for everyone. There was supposed to be a parking spot in the garage which was impossible to locate so we parked the rental car in a garage for €20 a day as street parking is very difficult to find in that area. The shower was mildly challenging. The host overcharged my credit card and then asked for an additional €50 cleaning fee in cash even though the booking was supposed to include taxes and fees. One of the reasons I choose booking.com is because I like the price to be the price I pay unlike with airbnb. There also was no dish soap in the kitchen. Wifi was slow. Check out was at 10AM instead of 11AM or noon like in most places.

Arty and comfortable space

The place is easy walking distance to everywhere, gorgeously decorated, really comfortable beds, great bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities, spacious loungeroom. Really warm for winter, and im sure its lovely in the warmer months.

Good location. Three distinct bedrooms plus a living room was perfect for my husband & I, our adult son, and a family friend.

Several flights of stairs to climb when one is tired after a long day of walking.

Comfortable stay in a unique property

The accommodation is lovely, really nicely finished with some really nice features. We loved the bar in the kitchen. Plenty of space for our family and everything we needed. It is so close to the centre of the city and the airport.

It was hot but I guess that was just the weather and there were fans provided in all the rooms.

Spacious apartment on walking distance of the city center

The location of the apartment was great: you could walk to the city center within 10 minutes. The apartment provides plenty of space and amenities (e.g. washing machine, dryer, dishwasher) for a family. The apartment is quiet. I liked that a parking spot is included, although driving up to the second floor in the garage was a bit narrow. We had an excellent time in Salzburg.

Adjusting the temperature of the shower was a bit difficult. The bedrooms are not dark enough.
