Our stay was wonderful. Hosts super responsive and supportive. Excellent stay/excellent location-thank you.

We’re a family of 4(including 2 older teens). The space was a bit tight but it was warm(mid Jan) and the hosts were excellent and super responsive. We were upgraded instantly to the highest level at 9p when there was an issue with heating. Definitely coming back.

The apartment had everything we needed. Next we will book slightly more spacious one but overall, excellent.

Beautiful and very spacious! I loved my stay here. Nice finishing touches like cookies and wine left for me to enjoy, and the bed was very comfortable.

A lot of stairs to my room, which didn’t worry me but is worth noting for others! It smelled strongly of pork when I arrived, but opening the windows fixed that.

Plenty of room to relax

Spacious apartment for our group of two families with one small child each. Located close to old city center but not too loud. Clothes washer, dryer, and drying rack super helpful to have. Kitchen well stocked with tableware/cookware. Comfy beds. Easy to get in with door codes. We were very comfortable and would return.

A little strange that there were 3 bathrooms, all had showers and sinks but only two had a toilet, the third had urinal only. Definitely not a deal breaker. Maybe for the best to keep one room smell-free 😅

Perfect location to explore all Salzburg has to offer.

The property was in an excellent location for getting anywhere. The positives started when we arrived and were met by the housekeeper (I think) who let us have access to the apartment early. We had a great dinner that night across the street - they accommodated us with no reservations. We walked into the old town via the pedestrian tunnel or took the bus - also conveniently located near the flat. It was a great space for our family of 7 who ranged in age from 4-82. The swings and courtyard area were a bonus. The kids got hours of enjoyment from the Mozart musical lollipops - carried them everywhere to listen to the music even after they were finished. The beds were comfortable and everything worked perfectly - including the washer and dryer (could have used some instructions as to which cycle to use). Loved all the full length mirrors, the hair dryer with diffusers, the coffee maker and the amenities. We were surprised by the refresh of towels 1/2 through our 4 night stay but it was a great bonus. Best of all was the quick and easy communication with the staff. Everyone went out of their way to respond to our questions quickly and even booked taxis for our departure when I couldn’t get through to them on our own. All in all your staff and the space made our stay in Salzburg perfect - we can’t wait to come back!

The seating in the living space needs refreshing and is not very comfortable. It would be helpful to have instructions on how to use the washer/dryer/dishwasher with preferred settings for those of us unfamiliar with these appliances. We had a hard time getting our clothes to dry in the dryer.

‼️ Avoid this apartment during summer ‼️ We stayed here as a family in Room 3 for six nights. While the owner will likely point out that the website “clearly states” the conditions, I cannot recall seeing anywhere – on their site or on the booking platform – that this apartment becomes an absolute hell in August 🥵 The building is on the corner of two very noisy roads and gets full sunlight all day. There are no blackout curtains in the living room and only small ones in the other rooms. There is no air conditioning, just weak fans, so even with the windows closed, the heat inside is unbearable. Opening the windows is hardly a solution. The street below is heavily trafficked, with hundreds of cars and loud tourists passing by – even at 2 to 4 AM!! – creating the worst kind of holiday soundtrack. If you plan to come here with family, I suggest you think again. The apartment is well equipped and the photos are accurate, but the heat and noise simply “killed the dream” (how poetic that we came here to see Macbeth). On top of this, they charge €65 for cleaning yet still expect guests to clean the apartment before departure. Sure… I can bring some blackout curtains myself next time, too. Overall, a massively negative experience – especially considering we paid over €3,000 for six nights.

Salzburg Central

Our second time visiting Salzburg and this was definitely the better stay. Comfortable, nice apartment for our family of 3 adults. The washing machine was a huge plus as we were able to wash our travel clothes daily. There is a wonderful bakery serving full large breakfast on next block and two restaurants adjacent to apartment for lunch or dinner and finally a Spar down the block for groceries. The location is perfect and a short walk to city central and all the sites. Highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Salzburg

The apartment was well sized and had modern finishes. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was well connected, though not central to the old town. We appreciated that fans were provided.

The windows were only half covered by blackout curtains. The apartment was very hot. There was a faint rubbish like smell in the second bedroom. The apartment is located on a fairly main road,, so the traffic noise was noticeable with the windows open.

Lovely apartment in a sweet neighborhood about a 20 minute walk from the middle of Salzburg

Well located condo. About a 20 minute walk into the heart of Salzburg. I was expecting to have a hassle with parking, but there was free parking overnight and always available on the road next to the apartment. During the day, I had to feed the meter, but it was easy to deal with. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Communication with the hosts was good. The kids and we had separate rooms with nice beds and then a living room that could be curtained off from the kitchen.

The location was good close to 2 restaurants and easy to walk into the center

We had to climb 3 flights of stairs 58 steps to be exact... was not good we had heavy luggage and did not realize we were on the 3rd floor, lots of vehicles and motor bikes racing around from midnight to 3:00 am The rug in the living room area was a hazard The coffee table is wobbly The area outside looked very nice in the pictures but they showed the other houses backyard but we only had access to the side. It too was very noisy,

Excellent location . Excellent facilities. This was the perfect base to explore Salzburg. The apartment was equipped to a high standard with everything you could possibly need. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the center of the old town.

Just one thing - no air conditioning, but this is just me being fussy . There were several Dyson air coolers provided.

Great place and short walk to the old town. Clean, nice to have kitchen/microwave and a clothes washer. Apartments 4 and 5 are on the 3rd/top floor, and there's no elevator so just be prepared for that.

No real shades or blinds to block light, so kids up very early. Parking is hidden behind a building but found it and left car for 3 nights and it worked fine.
