Great apartment for a large group of people

The apartment was nice and clean. It had a large dining area to cater for all of us. It also had a great kitchen.

The apartment we had was at the top of 3 flights of stairs, which is a little rough when carrying large suitcases. It was a little way from the centre of town.

The actual address of the apartment wasn't clear on booking - it either said the address of the home office or the address of a different apartment to pick up the key so this was tricky, but we had a rental car so it was ok. It was a little bit confusing about which rubbish to put in which bin but hopefully we got it right.

Excellent value and locatio

One of the better apartments we stayed in. Location was excellent. Rooms were clean. Kitchen and living rooms were huge.

We stayed in winter, so the radiator helped. Just wondering what happens in summer since there wasn't any air conditioner.

Fantastic stay at a perfect apartment

Everything was great, spacious, clean and comfortable. They’ve thought of everything. It was the only apartment we got around Europe with 2 bathrooms. Loved the living area for socializing while making dinners. Good location, can’t fault anything

Lovely stay

Very roomy for all six of us. Very clean and well supplied. The kitchen was small but very complete. The washer was great with two children! Plus the two showers and two toilets.

The crib and high chair weren't there upon our arrival.

Picking up the keys from a different location was a bit annoying - especially as there is a lock box at the apartment location.

Perfect stay, perfect location and glad that it was on the first level

We are a group of 6 girls who have been friends for over 60 years and we travel a lot. This place was perfect for us. The facilities are great - beddings, bathroom, kitchen. Most of all it has parking since we drove from Vienna. Location is perfect. Also, thanks for the coffee machine and we can have our espresso in the morning

My only down point would be that we travelled with a one year old and in the kitchen dining area there was only a tall table with tall chairs and benches so nowhere particularly safe to relax with the baby apart from in the bedroom. But other than that it was excellent

Great stay

Big apartment with 3 separate bedrooms. We stayed with a family of 6 and all had great time. Parking is available with reservation. Nice location, you can reach the city center with bus or walk. Along riverside so perfect for runners

The location of the apartment was very convenient. It was a quiet area, and easy to get to the main sites either on foot or by bus. The apartment had a lovely traditional Austrian feel and was clean and comfortable. The lounge and kitchen was very impressive in its size, plenty of space to cook and relax. To be so close to the centre and get this amount of space was good value for money.

The bathrooms though comfortable were perhaps not to be described as luxurious. It was a shame that we had to go to a different place to pick up the keys, which was a little tricky with luggage, but to be fair it was only 5 minutes away.

Had a wonderful time in Salzburg, apartment was very convenient & would recommend.

Location was superb & apartment was spotlessly clean. Very good Spar shop just around the corner. Quiet area & easy walking to main tourist areas. Also staff responded quickly to any queries both before & during our stay.

Only one thing to highlight: You had to check in at a different location on other side of river. It should be highlighted more that this is a 5 minute drive away which is not convenient if have luggage. We arrived by train, taxied to check in & let taxi go. Then got keys & had to call another taxi to bring to apartment. You could walk but we had heavy luggage so would have been difficult. If had known we could have asked taxi to wait.

Comfortable apartment in good location for a family stay in Salzburg.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities needed for a family stay - all 3 bedrooms were good sized double/twin rooms. The location was good - easy to walk to the Old Town and Mirabell along the riverside - just a bit noisy at night or on the balcony.

Lack of air conditioning in warm weather is a problem - we had to open the windows so then it was very noisy especially at night. We paid extra for parking but although we were ok, some spaces could leave you blocked in.

Size and cleanliness

No sofa - so hard to relax in the evening. Lack of natural light in all rooms but one. The weather was quite warm and the flat was very warm - as it was on the ground floor not easy to keep windows open to get air in.

There was just enough space for our 3 families (6 adults and 4 kids) to stay, although would have been tighter if the weather wasn’t so good / if we were inside more.

Very nice place to stay, totally recommended it

The place exceeded our expectations. It is very well located and seems to have been recently remodeled. The rooms were spacious and perfectly accommodated our family of 7. The lady at the front desk was very attentive.

It was a bit expensive. I think at this price, the baby cot should be complimentary.

A good place for a family to stay

We collected keys from reception at a different location. Ww had 2 car spaces assigned but someone else was in one of them. The situation was sorted out promptly. We liked the long dinner table which was good for the 8 of us.

The apartment was in a quiet area out of the busy tourist area but a lovely 10/15 minute walk into town along the river. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms good for groups of people. Bean to cup coffee machine was wonderful! Showers were great.

You could only sit 4 people on the balcony and we were 6.

Comfortable and spacious apartment for a family vacation.

The apartment size was huge! Very comfortable as all three of us had our private rooms and the apartment had 2 bathrooms which made it very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the grocery store was just around the corner. Within 10-15 mins walking from the main station and downtown Salzburg. The reception staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. He even gave my dad who has severe arthritis in his ankle a ride from the reception to the apartment. Very kind of him to do that.

The towels were a bit worn out. Key collection and check-in was about 10 mins walking from the actual apartment.

Klemens was very welcoming and helpful. Our kids LOVED the fold-down beds, and we were grateful for the large table to share meals and play games.

Very spacious, modern, clean and well-equipped apartment. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Our group of 5 adults had ample room. Well-equipped kitchen made it very easy to prepare our own meals when we wanted to. Easy walking distance to bus stop and market for food and every day supplies.

Having to pick up the keys at a different location was quite inconvenient. For those with mobility issues: Be aware it is on the 3rd floor with no lift (but nice wide stairs). Also is a good 20 minute walk to the old town (but flat and very pretty walk along the river).

The staff were very friendly & helpful both on arrival & departure. The apartment was very warm, clean & a short walk from the city centre on a quiet residential street. There is a Spar Supermarket around the corner.
