Comfy and right in the Altstadt where all the action is.

The proximity to Hohensalzburg Festung was perfect. Also easy to get to other old town attractions. Lots of nearby restaurants as well.

Having two keys would be nice in lieu of a keycard when traveling with multiple people.

Great location for exploring Salzburg.

The location is in the old town so it is perfect base for exploring the town. It was quiet in the night and we didn't get disturbed by anything.

The kitchen and bathroom could do with an update but this is a personal choice. We stayed only for 1 night and didn't spend much time in the apartment hence so didn't worry much about the facilities.

Good stay and good recommendations from the manager

Very central and clean.

Hot water just for one shower. The manager did reach out to know about it and try to fix it but we checked out as the check is is at 9:30 am.

Cozy stay right beside the cathedral.

The apartment was in a great location. Host provided us with a list of recommendations for breakfast and dinner as well as things to do. We were also provided umbrellas for the whole family as it rained the whole time we were in Salzburg.

Great place for a great price!

The hosts were excellent to communicate with frequently. The cleaning service was kind and professional. The location was great. If you want to stay in the Old Town area of Salzburg, Mozart’s guesthouse is a great value. 3 of us stayed in the one room and it was perfect. There is a good kitchen and a bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

It was fine. I can’t think of anything that I did not like. It is in downtown and people were up late outside - and we had the windows open so you could hear them.

Lovely spot, would stay again!

Perfect central spot to explore with an gelato place at street level (photo). Unexpectedly met the host, Claudia, downstairs who was lovely. Room as described, clean and fresh. On a bustling little street but no noise issues as all. Recommend breakfast at Tomaselli Cafe and coffee at Kaffeeothek, both within walking distance.

The location is super central, and therefore perfect to immediately explore the old town as soon as you are out of the house! Everything is as shown and described in the posting. Communication was easy, friendly and fluent.

Access to the property by car is not possible. parking is not far (5-10 min walk) but incurs additional costs and requires you to carry your bags to the property.

Two adults with luggage should avoid the double rooms, no matter the price.

Great location, recently renovated and very clean.

The photos of the double bed rooms do not accurately portray their actual size. Any more than two backpacks and you simply can not move. No closet, only 4 hooks and hangers on the wall. The room is severely lacking in shelving. One ridiculously small, virtually useless kitchenette. Once a few items are placed on the small table, there is no room for the hot plate. A fan is provided, but the same problem presents itself, where to put it. Same with the bathroom, absolutely no place to store toiletries. With just eight inches between one side of the bed and the kitchenette, the bed is grossly too big for this closet of a room.

Great location with the ability to walk to the sights in Salzburg, get local food & visit the river.

The location was amazing. Just below the castle and monastery in the middle of the Altstadt. Grocery stores and local bakeries all around us. We were able to walk to the sights in Salzburg we wanted to see.

Being the middle of summer, it was hot and when it rained we couldn't keep the windows open. They did provide 3 fans in the room.

A cramped room but located right where it should

A fantastic location! Just a three minute walk away from the very center of historical Salzburg. A very nice breakfast cafe right next door. Easy self-service check-in. Friendly staff (when messaging bad calling them)

The room was very small and there was no air conditioning. There was no closet, no armchair and even moving around the bed was difficult. The price was quite high compared to the level and comfort but I guess in high season in Salzburg that's what you have to pay.

AWESOME !!! Me and my family loved the place and the warm hospitality of Claudia

The location was in the centre of everything ! It was perfect. The host - Claudia was super helpful, patient and very considerate. Restaurants around the place made it lively and noisy, but the sound proof windows worked wonders.

So for a family, this is a great place to be. Please be forewarned that this is a building made many many years ago, so they do not have a lift, but if you are fit and able to walk up a few flights of stairs, you cannot get a better place than this to stay in Salzburg. Claudia has ensured that all modern amenities are available and the rooms are clean and well maintained.

A perfect location in a historic building, but don’t expect modern amenities

The location is amazing and it was a neat old building.

Unfortunately, it was above 90 degrees on the days we were in Salzburg. Despite leaving the windows open at night to cool off and using the small fan provided, we were so hot at night, we were barely able to sleep. The room itself was small, which we expected, but it’s really more of a one person space, especially for American tastes.

Location was perfect! It's within the Old Town. Very close to the Mozart bus station, 2 mins walk to the grocery, 5 mins walk to Mozart Platz and few minutes walk to the centre.

Disappointing..

It was very clean and they were flexible with the check in/out.

The internet was a DISASTER! I didn't have any internet connection for hours, i was wandering in every part of the house (as they told me) to check if the problem was only in my room and they told me that if i have any technical problems, they can't do anything about it! They kept telling me all the time that their internet is fine and should work without problems. They didn't help in any way possible! There was only one big towel in the room. No towel for the hands/hair and no shower gel or shampoo.
