Not designated parking for apartment guests, although you can find parking all around! Our balcony Apt number 3 had a shared balcony! Next to us was a smoker and the whole cigarette smoke entered our living room!

A place to savour and not pass through

Outside and in (including the surrounding area), this place is absolutely stunning! The apartment was beautifully clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were lovely and provided a delicious breakfast, with plenty of choice. However, it did feel slightly understaffed on our second day there (Saturday), with one lady serving lots of people.

Due to the amazing setting, it was expensive. Furthermore, not knowing Salzburg, we didn't realise there are no good transport links to get to and from the guest house. Not a great place to stay with kids, if you don't have a car. We were tired and stressed, so just wanted to get to the accommodation and plan from there. When we arrived we realised there was no shop around for quite a way and, again, no easy way of getting there with a 3 year old. The apartment, didn't have little things like an information pack about the area, salt, pepper or oil. There is a dishwasher (which was still full), but no washing liquid or drying rack to just wash a few little things. The posh coffee and machine is great, but didn't have any little milks with it. All in all, an amazing place! But for a stay rather than passing through.

Well, everything about this property was great, right from ease of checking inn, getting the room keys and check out. The staff is very friendly and cordial. The location and the whole property campus is great. Complete value for money.

Fantastic apartment, modern and well decorated. Great balcony with a nice view. Quiet area with plenty of parking on-site. Good breakfast. Accommodated an early arrival since the room was available. Sent an invoice very quickly when requested.

Spectacular location. Clean, modern and a very pleasant apartment in a traditional Austrian house. Exceptionally beautiful surroundings. Pleasant breakfast included in the price of the stay. Decent restaurant on a superb hill overlooking Salzburg.

Had to carry suitcases up 3 floors. Staff didn't offer to help. Breakfast could not be had outdoors to enjoy the view.

The breakfast was delicious and we even had a choice of made to order eggs. The space was looked exactly like the pictures. Beautiful views of Salzburg with hiking trails on the property.

It took us a few minutes to figure out where to get the keys as no one was at the reception desk when we arrived. The shower drain was very slow.

Nearby church bells go off pretty frequently, but become white noise after a while. Kids noticed the first night, but not after.

Jedno z piękniejszych miejsc, które odwiedziłam.

Wynajęłam dwa apartamenty dla mnie i przyjaciół. Wiedziałam, że są luksusowe. Takie były! Przepięknie urządzone. Na dole sauna i miejsca odpoczynkowe w ogrodzie. Cały kompleks jest położony w centrum wielkiej atrakcji Salzburga, na wzgórzu, skąd rozpościera się najpiękniejszy widok na miasto. Śniadanie obfite i luksusowe. Na miejscu jest też restauracja z doskonałym jedzeniem. To idealne miejsce na dłuższy pobyt. Mnóstwo tu tras spacerowych i rowerowych.
