This rental is extremely well kept and convenient.

This is a very clean, well kept property that was in a good location. It was close to attractions but still had a neighborhood feel!

Just be aware that one of the bedrooms is only accessible through the bathroom. As long as you know this, it’s a great place.

Perfect apartment for a Salzburg visit

Spacious very clean apartment with lots of storage space. Very quiet location but only a short distance into the city which we visited daily. A few local restaurants and the one we tried was excellent. Close to a supermarket. Our host Martin was just the best. Very helpful and very knowledgable.

The only downside for us was lack of mirrors in the apartment but we were a party of 5 women.

Big space, nice and warm when it was cold outside. Good communication with the host.

Not the best location if you are solely relying on public transport. Both the bus and the train are a decent walk away.

Exceptional

Super clean and definitely impressed us from the get go! A perfect place for a group of family and friends to stay at while exploring the areas around Salzburg. The host was very responsive very helpful and super accommodating! The property is conveniently located near the highway and the also closed to the grocery store. It is about a 15-20 minutes drive to the hot spots but private and quite enough to relax when resting. Highly recommended. Can’t wait to go back and will definitely use again for our next stay!

Zeer geslaagde vakantie dankzij vriendelijke host en perfecte accomodatie zoals opgegeven

Een vlotte samenwerking met de hosts Martin en Christian. Altijd behulpzaam.Alle kamers waren zeer net en met voldoende plaats.

Een beetje meer muggengaas op elke slaapkamer om de strijd tegen de muggen beter aan te kunnen.

* التامين كان كاش وتم التحفظ عليه ولم يتم استرجاعه بحجة ان الشقة بحاجة الى تنظيف ووجود تلفيات لم تتم من قبلنا ولم يثبتها بأي دليل . * الشقة في الدور الثاني ولا يوجد بها مصعد والصعود اليها عن طريق درج صعب استخدامه وشديد الانحدار وواجهتنا صعوبة في حمل الشنط الامر الذي ادى الى تركها بالاسفل عند الباب . * أحد الغرف الوصول لها عن طريق دخول الحمام ثم الخروج منه لدخول الغرفة والعكس . * منطقة تناول الطعام ضيقة . * الشقة تقع تحت السقف وارتفاع السقف ليس مرتفع خصوصا في غرف النوم . * الموقع بعيد عن السنتر . * لم يتم ارشادنا الى مكان وضع القمامة ولا توجد حاوية امام الشقة . * ادعاءات صاحب الشقة : * وجد كراسي المطبخ في حالة سيئة ، متسخة ، وغير قابلة للاستخدام وكيف لنا ان نستخدمها اذا هي بهذه الحالة ، هل نحن نفتقر الى النظافة بنظره الى هذا الحد . * وجد عدة جدران متسخة ، وتحتاج إلى طلاء جديد ولم يثبت ذلك باي صورة حتى نعلم طريقة الاتساخ .. هل احضرنا طلاء وجلسنا نوسخ الجدران . * وجد كيس النفايات غير مفصول جيدا ، ونفايات كثيرة متناثرة في جميع أنحاء الشقة . * حوض المطبخ مسدود بسبب بقايا الطعام . اخيرا : هل مطلوب على كل ساكن يغادر السكن ان يدفع مقابل التنظيف للساكن اللذي يليه ؟!!!!!!

Freundlich, unkompliziert und angenehm - voller Urlaubsgenuss

Wir (2 Familien mit Kindern und Großeltern) hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft und ich kann sie nur wärmstens empfehlen! Die Zimmer waren komfortabel, gut aufgeteilt und bestens ausgestattet, und die Sauberkeit war tadellos. Die Lage war perfekt – in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten, aber trotzdem ruhig. Wir waren mit dem PKW dort und brauchten damit ca. 11-15 Minuten zur Altstadt. Der Vermieter hat bei der Ankunft bereits auf uns gewartet. Der Check in- und Check out war super geregelt.

Hier gibt es nichts zu sagen - ich empfehle diese Unterkunft gerne weiter.
