We had a great stay - the apartment was very comfortable and convenient for our family.

Great location, really good access to centre
Fantastic location. Very easy walk to centre. Near shops and pubs. Set back a bit from the road - easy to get to but reduced road noise. Very spacious (including an amazing bathroom), with enough room in the dining and living areas for the number of guests. Seats, sofas and such comfortable. Very comfortable beds. Easy check in/out process with luggage storage. WiFi seemed good. Handy laundry facilities if required.
More pillows would have been nice. Hand towel in kitchen. Rooms without windows would very much benefit from air conditioning. Additional curtains in bedroom with window would have useful to block light (blinds provided privacy)

Clean, well furnished and equipped. AC and the floor heating works well in winter. Common washer and dryer are available and works well.

Easy check in and a lot of info sent directly to my WhatsApp so it was easy to access all the info we needed
before check in, we had to provide everyones passport photos, emails and home addresses. this felt totally excessive. This will my only complaint.

Beautifully laid out and high spec apartment in great location near to old town and lots of restaurants. Lovely balcony and comfy beds
Everything so automated including window openings. Masses of texts and WhatsApp beforehand about checking in which was a distraction from my prior days of holiday. Sadly was also scammed for a double payment which meant their data handling is not great in spite of it being a staff less, focus on smartphone type of set up

disappointed for many reasons :(
the building itself is lovely, nice interior design. the location is ideal near the hill to hike, shops, restaurants, and not too far from the train station and central downtown. i appreciated that our unit had a fan. the laundry room was very helpful for us for laundry and other essentials, albeit it was very dirty in there.
the rooms were quite dirty, as if the staff just sweeps and changes the sheets and towels for the next guests. there were dirty towels left from the previous guests on the back of the door. the place really needs a thorough cleaning and more attention between guests. no screens on the windows led to me getting a dozen itchy bug bites at night in bed. we were downgraded 5 hours prior to our check-in time and offered a 25% discount. absolutely unacceptable, as we booked months in advance. the same thing happened to another group that checked in the day after us. we were supposed to have a 2 bedroom and they gave us two small studio apartments. we were also confused about the photos on the listing, as the photos of their large unit were mixed in with the photos of the smaller units - this feels deceiving. unless you book the largest room, you will be getting a very small 2 bedroom or studio apartment. we were sorely disappointed all around. since this company owns many buildings in multiple countries, as a guest you can tell that there is no on-site oversight. just a hotline to call with questions and contracted cleaning personnel that perform room turnover. this leads to guests not truly feeling like they are cared for.

Very spacious apartment, perfect for 2 adults and 3 kids. Clean, cozy, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. Great location — everything is within walking distance, with cafés and shops nearby. Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was very convenient.

Modern masterpiece
Very modern, easily located, lots of space, little balcony was a treat with a little vino, perfect location as it was near all the sites and a little supermarket was a minutes walk away. Beds were super comfy. Perfect in every way. Would definitely book again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Location, walking distance to the city centre. Very big apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen equiped with all we needed.
Lack of parking places for guests, however it was parking nearby for 20 euro/day (you can save few euros if you install Bmove app).

Was led to believe the other bed was a sofa bed when in actual fact was an armchair bed which was really only suitable for a child. The apartment is dark and gloomy. The view outside was into a rubbish skip.

It was roomy and comfortable, with a great bathroom and fantastic shower and hot water that came immediately. The dishwasher worked well, although there was little to put in it. You can put luggage into storage before check-in and after check-out.
Our check-in time was 3 pm, but we received a message to say it wouldn’t be ready until 4. We arrived at 4 with our shopping, only to be told it would be another 15 minutes. (They took 20). When leaving the apartment the door would not lock. There was only a PIN code, but no key. I messaged the AI on WhatsApp and finally talked to a human, who needed video proof before sending someone to fix the door. Kitchen was very minimalist, with only 3 cups and large plates and slightly more of other things. No exhaust fan over the cooktop, so we didn’t use it. There was a sink, but no tea towel.

Perfect for a sight seeing long weekend!
Perfect apartment to stay in for four friends! Big rooms, lovely little touches (Grind coffee pods and more in the supply cupboard if needed), and very clean. Great location for sight seeing, around 15 min walk from anything you need but super close to some lovely bars and restaurants.

Great Stay at Numa Apartments.
The unit, which gave off a beautiful vibe, was very modern - but with an old- world charm - and very clean.
Skylights, with built-in remote-controlled blinds, allowed for a light-filled room during the day, and a dark room to sleep in at night.
Although we didn't need it during our stay, the heated flooring would be great when it is really cold.
The appliances and dinnerware gave the apartment a luxury feel. A coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods was greatly appreciated, as were the 3 small cartons of water when we arrived.
The apartment had a small closet, which was great for hanging our coats, as well as shelving, to store clothes and other items.
The kitchen area, which had a dishwasher and two hot plates, was small but adequate for our stay.
In the bathroom, we loved that there were full-sized toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - as well as luxury-branded body lotion and hand wash.
When we looked out one of the windows, we had a lovely view of the mountain.
The unit was very close to bus stops and was within walking distance to the old part of Salzburg. It took 15 to 20 minutes to walk to most places of interest, such as Mirabell Palace and Salzburg Cathedral. For non-German speaking tourists, the public transport system was a little difficult to decipher, but once we worked that out, the unit provided the perfect location for accessing trolley buses (like trams) and regular buses.
The addition of free luggage storage facilities - which held a large suitcase - in the apartment block was greatly appreciated. It meant that after checking out on our last day, we could leave our suitcase behind and do more sight seeing, before catching out late flight.
We absolutely loved our stay in Numa Apartments, and would definitely come back again.
The only issue might be for people who have impaired mobility. Our apartment was on the second floor with no lift access. For us, that wasn't an issue.
Perhaps the only thing we didn't like was getting the suitcase up the stairs, but that was not a major issue.

no brooms to do basic cleaning and checkin process was a bit messy but maybe to be expected as a large group and no onsite staff but staff attended to phone calls and resolved any difficulties efficiently. we had booked 4 apartments. great place to have big family gatherings.

The keyless check in is a bit complicated but a nice idea. And the Smart home function took a while before we get how it works. And because it was raining the window for cooking cannot be opened.

The apartment was a great size, spotlessly clean with everything you could need.
Beds comfy and rooms a good size
The photographs throughout the building are gorgeous.
The veranda was a definite plus, it was a great size and perfect for our 2 year old to play in the snow and build a snowman.
It can however be slippy when damp.
