Great place to explore the city!

Property is in super good location. Very clean and it has washing machine. All the places to visit are 5 to 10 min away. Train station is 18 min away.

Bad AI assist experience.

Location is great. Apartment is very good. 400 years old building vibe. Nice, it had have a washer.

Tried to check in earlier, hopeless!! Had to wait outside for two hours. WhatsApp chat is AI. AI is saying- we are working hard to make your room reasy- fake- no one was actually working. Absolutely humanless robot. Ridiculous experience- never again for me. Ladies over the phone couldn't help.

Good for short trips, but needs fixing…

The location is very good and comfortable, and the apartment itself is beautiful, especially the view.

When we arrived, the apartment and the toilet were dirty, there was a leak in the “roof” and it looked like the whole place was improvised into an apartment. You could hear everything in the building from the kitchen and when it rains it sounds like someone is breaking in or something, it’s really loud.

The bathing and toilet are separate. While the bathing area is nice and comfy, the toilet is very awkwardly located and crammed. The second problem was the kitchen. They should raise the grill height to make it safer. Lifts not being there is a common issue across major places in Europe. Better be prepared to haul luggage 3 floors.

Comfortable and spacious apartment, well located.

Good location, close to Mirrabel Palace, yet also close to the river and a short walk to the old town and other attractions. Super easy to access with door code provided on day of arrival. Felt safe and secure. Supermarket was also a close distance which we appreciated. Very spacious living area, main bedroom and bathroom. Was fantastic to have a washing machine and a large clothes airer to dry clothes.

Unfortunately while we were staying there was a terrible sewerage smell in the bathroom, which was getting stronger each day. We thought this must be related to some digging up of sections of path nearby... perhaps they had hit a pipe. The couch had to be made up into a second bed and the sheets were barely long enough to tuck in. Apartment was very noisy at night with music, talking, shouting on the street below where there were some eateries. It was hard to lug suitcases up and down the stairs.

The location was great- very close to Old Town Salzburg and bus hub. The apartment in a historic building is very spacious, large bedroom, large bathroom, large dining room table. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable, on both the full size bed and the daybeds. The breakfast option that was delivered was very delicious! Washing machine with detergent available, which we used after YouTubing instructions on how to work it. Nespresso machine with a few coffee pods were provided, though no creamer.

Location is on a busy street, above a late night eatery- so lots of traffic noise and loud, over-served people talking below your open windows, as well as smells from deep fried cooking- though they did provide foam ear plugs. It was a little tricky to find the front door- it’s off of a side alley. The apartment is on Floor 1, which in the US is actually Floor 2, and there is a winding staircase with very narrow stairs to climb up- a little difficult if you have mobility issues. The 2 couches/daybeds in the living room sit right on the floor with no legs to elevate them up, so they really don’t function as couches, thus there is really nowhere comfortable to sit, and they are hard to stand up from if you have back, hip or knee issues. No night stands next to these daybeds, so I had to use a dining room chair to put my items on. No luggage racks for suitcases, so those had to go on tables or open on the floor. No top sheets provided, but there were nice down comforters.

Good for couples. Not for families

Easy to find and good location for getting around. Clean. Quirky accommodation on split levels.

Absolutely red hot!!! No AC. Unbearable to be in during the day. Lacking cooking facilities such as a toaster. No safe. Can climb over top of front door and get in to apartment, so not overly secure. Had to take passports etc out with us every day as didn’t feel safe to leave them. Good for couples, not so great for families.

Needs to improve the communication with the guests

I have received over 30 emails and what's app msgs with the same repetitive information. The communication to get the code for the door was so complicated. And you can't reach anyone to get any support. I tried to reach anyone to ask about something in the apartment, No one replied from the WhatsApp or call center. That was really annoying.

Great place for exploring Salzburg!

Location was fantastic - right in the middle of everything. The place is super cute and suited our group of 3 well. Loved sitting on the balcony. Everything that we needed was there, including ear plugs, and Numa was super easy to communicate with.

It's on a main street so it was loud with the traffic, but that's the only thing. And with ear plugs, that the host provided, it didn't interfere with sleep at all. So it was really a non-issue.

Delightful - and spacious - apartment in an old building (no lift), right in the centre of town!

Fabulous location! Spacious apartment in an old building, entered from a narrow lane just off Schwartzstrasse in the Altstadt (east of river). Great view of the Hohensalzburg fortress and glimpses of the river, and you can see Cafe Bazar from the living room, so you can check how busy it is before heading out! Very close to the Mozart Wohnhaus, the Mirabell Garden (as seen in "The Sound of Music") and several theatres including the Marionettentheater, plus great shops, restaurants and other cafes. The apartment was furnished with quirky antique furniture and had great amenities inc. washing machine. Would try to stay here again.

No lift... so we were glad to be on the first floor up and not the second! But it's a small price to pay... Kitchen facilities fairly minimal - in particular, no oven, only a microwave (but we've encountered that elsewhere in Austria, not sure why - it would be handy to be able to heat up a frozen pizza).

Quirky apartment, but didn’t really suit us(top floor)

Spotlessly clean, king bed very comfortable Perfect location!

Didn’t like the layout, had to walk through the bedroom from the lounge where the sofa beds were, to the bathroom. The kitchen was the top of the landing, very cold! Steps uneven, could be quite dangerous, definitely wouldn’t stay with children. Would have liked a toaster.

Good location and the apartment was very clean. The virtual assistant was prompt, helpful and we were connected quickly with a real person when necessary. Good wifi connection.

The underfloor heating in the main room and bedroom was inadequate. We were told it took a while to come on but it never did so we were really cold - especially with it being an old building with old, poor double glazing. No luggage storage facilities and the website suggested to help us with that was impossible to navigate. No guest information in the apartment.

Great location, funky space but beware of the interal stairs, hour delayed entry due to key pad.

It took us an hour to get into the apartment. It took multiple calls to host and to Booking.com to resolve while we were sitting in the hallway after traveling all day. The electronic key pad was not working probably because there was no wi-fi. And they had no backup procedures in place. We had no wi-fi for our stay either.

The room is so hot that we can't sleep due to the heat. Only by opening the windows can it be cooler, but the hotel is next to the road, and the noise is very loud after opening the windows, which affects rest.

Nice Interieur, very comfy bed, equipped with coffee, tea, water and chips. Very god equipped kitchen. Iron and iron board. Very good WIFI. Easy self-check-in and check-out. All digitally managed. Two rooms, so if friends travel, enough space and you can even sleep separately, as two sofa beds. We could check in 1 hour earlier, which was very nice.

Very loud. Hardly possible to open the windows. Very stuffy, one provided air blower not enough for all „apartment“. No real apartment, as two rooms were put in directly under the roof. That explains the stuffiness as well. Entrance is directly built into the staircase. So once going to kitchen, toilette or bathroom, one steps basically out of the room into the staircase to reach the the three facilities. Not a big deal, but need to be mentioned. No key to lock the bed room, which I would have preferred, since in the morning the cleaning staff (three men) entered just the staircase and were about to come up to the rooms 1 hour before check-out (!), without giving notice! We were still in our Pyjamas, luckily I heard them and made very clear to leave immediately our facility and only coming back after official check-out. It was raining very hard in the evening, so there is water between the balcony door and the room. There was already water, when we had arrived, which does not make the condition of the inner door any better. Some refurbishment could do the trick. See picture. Same in the bathroom, shower could do better cleaning and refurbishment , see pictures.

Beautiful and unique property, right in the heart of the city. Bonus points for a washing machine. Very comfortable beds and nice showers.

Apartments were a little understocked (ran out of coffee and washing machine soap). It was warm during our travels and we had the windows open for air, BUT the kebob place nearby was very busy until late at night and traffic noise was high. I'd say if you are a light sleeper, the lower floor apartments are not for you in the warmer months. Once we closed the windows, it was very quiet though.

Good location, not so good communication.

Location was great. The room was clean.

The communication with the hotel was not good. I had asked two weeks beforehand if we can leave our luggage there before the check in. The answer was yes. When we arrived, we found out that it’s not possible. I made several phone calls with the staff, and they promised that we will be able to check-in in 30mins to leave our luggage. 2,5 hours later, no one called and we waited outside the hotel to the check-in time started. Bad communication from their end. Also, no coffee pods for the coffeemaker. Only an empty jar.
