•very close to everything, about a 10 minute slow stroll
•very comfortable beds- we slept very well
•very clean
• it was a heatwave when we were here but the huge window opened fully and the fan provided was small but mighty!
• bathroom was very spacious and the 2 sinks were great
• if you provide your details online you get a free mobility ticket so you can use all the public transport for free- we used it to go to the pretty town of St. Gilgen
• lots of restaurants nearby
•customer service ( Alex, in our case) was very informative and prompt with replies to any queries we had
•there were also thunderstorms during our visit and the umbrellas provided were much appreciated
• mini kitchenette was enough for our needs to make eggs for breakfast before exploring
•there is a Spar a few minutes away
• just note that there is little seating space apart from the bed. The host has clearly responded to previous reviews and added lots of wardrobe space and a suitcase rack

The apartment was easy to find on foot and to come and go to different areas of the city on foot or using the shared bikes that were thankfully available the afternoon we needed them. The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable. We booked it partially for the pool but weather and time didn't permit using it. For two people our deluxe ground floor 1 bedroom apartment was spacious.
our ground floor apartment looked out on the pool and terrace shared by the bikes and others. I understood when booking that our apartment rental came with our own bikes not that we'd have them to use IF they were available. The washer/dryer we counted on for this stage of our travels didn't work well at all.

Fans and fridges not very effective but it was exceptionally hot when we were there.

Location. Cleanliness. Good communication.
The ‘kitchen’ facilities were not as I expected. Design with cupboards made it difficult to use. No comfortable seating.
