Villa Maxglan

Hubert was an excellent host. He met us when we arrived and had a nice visit. The kitchen was very well stocked and he provided us with fresh eggs and milk from his neighbor. It is a little far from the old town and we were a group of 5 so we used a taxi.

The ground floor apartment was luxurious with everything that we needed. It was so quiet and peaceful. Hubert was an absolute gem! His greeting and hospitality was above and beyond what we expected. He provided us with a great range of suggestions for eating and exploring. He was there to meet us and say farewell. An exceptional stay. If you are in Salzburg, you can’t do better!

Absolutely nothing!

The house is very comfortable and well set up with all of the kitchen and laundry things you could possibly need. It has a lovely garden which is a real treat so close to the old town of Salzburg. The standout feature of our stay was the generous hospitality of the owner Hubert who we felt was the finest property host we had we have had the pleasure to meet. Also, his recommendations for local activities were very reliable and he was so quick to respond to any query

For our group it would’ve been handy to have a second bathroom on the first floor where the bedrooms are but we soon got used to it.

Very comfortable and spacious , with a cool terrace on hot summer days . The host thought of everything and our stay was extremely relaxing .

The internet is really slow , which is a problem if you need to do some work.
