master Mirabell

Very close to train station and easy walk to the old town.

Nothing

Apartment is clean and comfortable. It is also quite spacious and the location is right next to Mirabell gardens. Bus stop right outside. It is also an easy 15 min easy walk from the main train station. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Old town a short 10 min walk away. Basics are provided in the apartment with a complimentary pack of wafer biscuits and a bottle of water which was quite helpful.

Would have liked the option to change our towels but since there is no reception, there is absolutely no contact with any staff besides via whatssapp. Even that communication is more computer generated to give you access code key etc. Would have also preferred mugs for tea coffee rather than the cups, but that is more of a personal preference.

Very well located abd fully equipped with all necessities They respond promptly via whatsapp

Location a short walk to the train station and old town. Comfortable bed and good size modern room for two people and a balcony if you choose this option. You can also leave your luggage in the lockers in block A,so quite handy if you have a later departure after checking out.

Having never stayed in an apartment before we found it soulless and a pain to keep entering a PIN code to enter the building and room. Due to local regulations there is no way you can cook anything to eat which for us defeats the purpose of staying in a apartment. There was no information pack or microwave in the room which other people have mentioned in previous comments and the response from the owners has been we will take this in consideration but have not acted on any constructive feedback. Apparently they have a contact phone number but it rings then cuts off,so all communication is done via What’s App
