master Mirabell

Room was nice and they provided us with a crib and highchair for our baby. The kitchen is well equipped even though you can’t cook, we still managed to eat breakfast and one mean at home buying food that was already ready. Staff was nice and accomodated our request to check-in one hour earlier to let the baby sleep in the room.

The fact that you can’t cook. They said they had to remove the heating equipment for some regulation.

Very nice building, everything and everywhere was very clean, the room had an intelligent floorplan and was thoughtfully designed, very quiet, close to the old town, right next to Mirabell Palace, private parking is just around the corner under the Sheraton Hotel, you get very good value for money (for Salzburg), very quiet. What more could you want? Tip: if you need something at night and every store is closed there is a Eni gas station 10 minutes away on foot which has a non-stop supermarket.

Lovely modern property. All communication re entry codes is online and works really well. Loved the bathroom toiletries. SO helpful to have the luggage lockers downstairs - a huge bonus on our last day as our flight was leaving late. A great stay! Thank you!

Kitchenette a bit useless without even a microwave.

Location a short walk to the train station and old town. Comfortable bed and good size modern room for two people and a balcony if you choose this option. You can also leave your luggage in the lockers in block A,so quite handy if you have a later departure after checking out.

Having never stayed in an apartment before we found it soulless and a pain to keep entering a PIN code to enter the building and room. Due to local regulations there is no way you can cook anything to eat which for us defeats the purpose of staying in a apartment. There was no information pack or microwave in the room which other people have mentioned in previous comments and the response from the owners has been we will take this in consideration but have not acted on any constructive feedback. Apparently they have a contact phone number but it rings then cuts off,so all communication is done via What’s App
