La ubicación es excelente, zona tranquila y parada de bus cerca para ir al centro

Lo malo del alojamiento por poner una pega es que no tenía ascensor, pero por decir algo. Lo malo de la zona es el aparcamiento que para descifrar cuando se puede y no aparcar ya vas tarde. Al ser zona de parking regulado, se puede aparcar libremente de 19:00 a 09:00, pero el resto del día si no se va a mover el coche hay que llevarlo a un parking, ya que en la franja de aparcamiento regulado solo se puede aparcar 3 horas seguidas y comprando una tarjeta donde se marcan las horas que va a estar aparcado.

A very disappointing experience

The biggest letdown of our stay at Numa Flute was finding glass on the couch - in the same room they’d set up a cot for our little one! Not exactly what you want to discover when travelling with kids. Contacting the team wasn’t easy either, even though they say they’re online 24/7. Two staff members promised the apartment would be deep cleaned the next day, nothing had been done when we returned on Saturday night. On top of that, the apartment just didn’t feel properly maintained. There were liquid stains down the kitchen walls, the splashback was sticky, the walls were scuffed and dented, and there were empty wall mounts where decor had clearly been removed. The tech for the TVs was also missing, which made them completely useless. Overall, really disappointing.

Overall it’s still satisfying

The apartment is spacious for 6 of us. Have 2 toilets which is a plus.

No parking space, has to walk to and from closest car parking which is 15 mins walking distance. The shower is ok but drainage was a bit slow and screen door popped open occasionally which made floor wet outside the shower. And there was only 1 fan for the whole apartment, but we have 3 bedrooms under heat sleeping without a fan.

Pleasantly furnished apartment in a well-kept house.

The accommodation itself was great, unfortunately the landlord doesn't check the other guests who party and smoke at whole night. If you are travelling by car, consider accommodation that offers parking included in the price. The price and parking options in this location spoil the value for money.

Schöne Unterkunft für eine Familie

Der kontaktlose Check-in/PIN für die Tür sowie die Kommunikation verliefen problemlos. Das Apartment war in einer ruhigen Gegend und sauber, WLAN war stabil, Supermärkte waren in der Nähe (Billa/ Asiamarkt/ Penny) und man konnte auch relativ schnell zu Fuß in die Stadt laufen.

Besteck (Gabeln) waren leider nicht ausreichend für 5 Personen verfügbar und der Herd braucht eine ganze Weile, um einen Topf Wasser heiß zu bekommen. Ansonsten hätten wir uns noch gerne einen Lappen gewünscht, zB zum Reinigen des Tisches und ein Gestell für das Trocknen des Geschirrs.

Nice apartment with no parking

Very clean and new apartment in a cosy neighborhood. I really liked the Numa App that helps you to open the doors with one button on your phone. The breakfast was delivered to the door. And it was really good.

There is no parking nearby. Although there is no sign that parking here is forbidden and there are plenty of potential spaces everyone in the neighborhood is terrorised by city police that often come to punish you with the fine.

Bel appartement dans un joli quartier à 30 minutes à pied

Le quartier très résidentiel joli et agréable. L’appartement récent, lit confortable et petit balcon.

Le parking inexistant, impossible de se garer dans la rue, peu d’informations pour se garer. Nous avons dû nous garer à 15 minutes à pied. Les équipements pour manger : nous étions 5 il y avait 3 fourchettes ! La communication qui semble passer uniquement par une plate-forme par l’impression d’avoir de vrai contact.

Großes, helles Apartment. Sehr gut öffentlich mit einem etwa 10-minütigen Fußmarsch zu erreichen. Das vorbestellte Frühstück war pünktlich da und ausreichend.

Die Treppe ist mit dem Kinderwagen etwas mühsam. Es wäre auch toll, wenn es einen Hochstuhl zum Leihen gibt.

Very bad experience overall, do not recommend anyone to book it.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price 1. The customer service was extremely lacking. There was no phone support available—only messaging, which was slow and unhelpful. 2. The kitchen was poorly equipped. The induction stove was overly complicated, and the dishwasher didn’t clean properly. Even the TV was unnecessarily complex to operate. 3. No cleaning service is provided for stays under 8 days, and the dustbin was far too small for practical use. 4. Everything felt overly complicated and stressful, making it hard to truly relax and enjoy the stay. 5. Breakfast was delivered incorrectly on one of the days, adding to the frustration. 6. Overall, the experience felt more like completing a series of tasks than enjoying a holiday. 7. The stay did not live up to its promised value or comfort, and I do not feel it was worth the money spent.

Espacio magnífico, muy cómodo. Dispone de un pequeño jardín y está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila de Salzburg relativamente cerca del casco antiguo. Nice place in a quiet neighbourhood

It is a nice place in general, spacious rooms, the location is good. A bit further but a really nice area that has everything you need nearby and a 30min walk into the center. Convenient entrance with just a code.

It was clean enough but it definitely needs a deep clean (especially the couches, bathroom, kitchen), would be good to have recycling bins, more kitchen dishes and bigger cups for tea for example. Very small dining table area which was hard to use when there’s four people.

Tolle ruhige Lage, Busse in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, Park in der Nähe. Haben es sehr genossen in dieser Wohnung zu sein!

Leider keine Mülltrennung im Haus, abgepacktes Wasser nicht notwendig in Österreich. Ein paar Haken an den Wänden oder den Türen wäre hilfreich. Anfragen an KI sind mühsam. Umgeleitete Tageszeitung landete im Mistkübel, da Briefkasten nicht vorhanden.

wir einen einen Super-Aufenthalt in einer tollen Wohnung unweit des Stadtzentrums

Eine wunderschöne, großzügig geschnittene Wohnung in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Mit dem Bus sind es ca. 10-15 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum. Frühstücksservice ist super, 4 Menüs zur Auswahl, alle sehr lecker. Frühstück wird unkompliziert morgens vor der Wohnungstür abgestellt.

Die Information, wie man sich das Frühstück bucht, war nicht ganz klar. Buchung sollte man schon mind. einen Tag vor der Anreise via der Check-In-App machen. Am Anreisetag selber war die Frühstucksbuchung nicht mehr möglich, aber man dann auf meine "Beschwerde" super positiv reagiert und uns am nächsten Morgen ein Frühstück vor die Tür gestellt. Dafür danke nochmal.

Nettes, funktionales appartement in ruhiger Wohngegend. Check-in hat gut funktioniert mit den Anweisungen, die wir per WhatsApp bekommen haben. Frühstücksbox war wirklich gut. Wohnung hat alles, was wir benötigen. Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis ist super.

Die Wohnung ist nett, aber komplett seelenlos und ohne Bezug zu Salzburg. Sie könnte genauso in Deutschland, den USA oder Frankreich sein.

We had a car so for us the location was great. Apartment was wonderful.

We were 2 adults+3 kids (9,14,16). Kids were sleeping on the opening sofas(2 sofas). 1 sofa was too tight for 2 kids. Also we had to take care of making the beds for the kids and had to go to the laundry room to look for linen.unfortenutly they were missing some. We managed and really liked the place.

Stayed at the top floor and no A/C - it was too hot to sleep properly. Not plates for full family and only towels for 2 (of 5) so had to pick up remaining from the basement. Also, booked this bc of the breakfast option, which we were told after booking that it was not available after all, which was inconvenient for a family with 3 small kids…
