The location was great and in a quiet neighborhood. The space was clean and we felt comfortable in the apartment.

The stove was a little contrary and hard to turn on. A toaster would have been nice, but otherwise everything was perfect. :-)

We had a comfortable stay

The property ensured that the floor was already heated and the sofa beds were ready for the 5 of us by the time we arrived. Property provided a lot of towels and good amenities. Check-out was very smooth.

Free parking is for 3 hours only and property is in a residential area where it gets too quiet in the evenings so for tourists like us, it feels quite lonely.

Disappointed

The customer service is great. Initially you are communicating with a robot with simply questions but when contacting them through telephone and email - the team and responsive and helpful. We had ALOT of issues with our trip but I would like to thank Mihaela and Rafaela who were quick in resolving the issues for us, and providing us with appropriate compensation for the issues. As a result of our situation, we ended up staying in another Numa building in Salzburg but I can say both places are exceptional location-wise and there has been a lot of attention to detail regarding the designing of these buildings.

Up until the day our our arrival we received several confirmations via whatsapp and email that our trip was all ready to go, we checked-in online, and the morning of the trip we received an email with check-in details/access information - we even spoke with the bot on whatsapp asking about earlier check-in as we had arrived earlier by plane. This was at about 10-11am. We ended up dropping our belongings off the lockers and going about our day until check-in at 3pm. At this time, we tried to check in with our PIN but it was not working on the door, turns out - Numa had double booked and there was another family in there - despite the several confirmations we had received that morning. After speaking with the family that were in the apartment we should have been in, we discovered that they had received an email in my name (to their email address) saying that our stay had been cancelled - on the day of arrive at 9am. Shocking. We got onto the phone with customer services right away and this is when they moved us from Numa Flute to Numa Sonate. So we had a place to stay. The location of Sonate was incredible and the team sorted it out very quickly however the hob did not work when we got there so we could not cook, and the layout was horrendous (we were in room 301), there is absolutely no privacy - your kitchen and bathroom are on the stairs which is very odd. There was also lots of dusts and did not seem like the place was well cleaned, balls of dust and debris floating on the floor. We did not like the layout of Sonate. Quite disappointed overall, but this did not ruin our trip.

Disappointing overall.

Location was good. Easy access to buses to get to the old city. Bedroom was nice, kitchen was decent.

1. There was a stench in the bathroom, so the apartment was not properly cleaned before our occupation. 2. The shower drain was at an elevation so water would leak into the bathroom and the neighboring kitchen. When I complained about this via WhatsApp, someone said they will look into it but never got back to me. 3. The property did not advertise beforehand that they would provide guest transit passes. I received numerous e-mails about check in details but none of them mentioned this perk. During our stay, I happened to come across a Salzburg website about this. When I asked for a reimbursement of transit passes we purchased, I was told they couldn't provide it. Seems like this perk is intentionally kept under wraps so guests don't actually make use of it and Numa saves a few bucks. 4. Water bottles on the dining table had all expired.

A very disappointing experience

The biggest letdown of our stay at Numa Flute was finding glass on the couch - in the same room they’d set up a cot for our little one! Not exactly what you want to discover when travelling with kids. Contacting the team wasn’t easy either, even though they say they’re online 24/7. Two staff members promised the apartment would be deep cleaned the next day, nothing had been done when we returned on Saturday night. On top of that, the apartment just didn’t feel properly maintained. There were liquid stains down the kitchen walls, the splashback was sticky, the walls were scuffed and dented, and there were empty wall mounts where decor had clearly been removed. The tech for the TVs was also missing, which made them completely useless. Overall, really disappointing.

Pleasantly furnished apartment in a well-kept house.

The accommodation itself was great, unfortunately the landlord doesn't check the other guests who party and smoke at whole night. If you are travelling by car, consider accommodation that offers parking included in the price. The price and parking options in this location spoil the value for money.

Overall it’s still satisfying

The apartment is spacious for 6 of us. Have 2 toilets which is a plus.

No parking space, has to walk to and from closest car parking which is 15 mins walking distance. The shower is ok but drainage was a bit slow and screen door popped open occasionally which made floor wet outside the shower. And there was only 1 fan for the whole apartment, but we have 3 bedrooms under heat sleeping without a fan.

Nice apartment with no parking

Very clean and new apartment in a cosy neighborhood. I really liked the Numa App that helps you to open the doors with one button on your phone. The breakfast was delivered to the door. And it was really good.

There is no parking nearby. Although there is no sign that parking here is forbidden and there are plenty of potential spaces everyone in the neighborhood is terrorised by city police that often come to punish you with the fine.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price 1. The customer service was extremely lacking. There was no phone support available—only messaging, which was slow and unhelpful. 2. The kitchen was poorly equipped. The induction stove was overly complicated, and the dishwasher didn’t clean properly. Even the TV was unnecessarily complex to operate. 3. No cleaning service is provided for stays under 8 days, and the dustbin was far too small for practical use. 4. Everything felt overly complicated and stressful, making it hard to truly relax and enjoy the stay. 5. Breakfast was delivered incorrectly on one of the days, adding to the frustration. 6. Overall, the experience felt more like completing a series of tasks than enjoying a holiday. 7. The stay did not live up to its promised value or comfort, and I do not feel it was worth the money spent.

Nice place in a quiet neighbourhood

It is a nice place in general, spacious rooms, the location is good. A bit further but a really nice area that has everything you need nearby and a 30min walk into the center. Convenient entrance with just a code.

It was clean enough but it definitely needs a deep clean (especially the couches, bathroom, kitchen), would be good to have recycling bins, more kitchen dishes and bigger cups for tea for example. Very small dining table area which was hard to use when there’s four people.

We had a car so for us the location was great. Apartment was wonderful.

We were 2 adults+3 kids (9,14,16). Kids were sleeping on the opening sofas(2 sofas). 1 sofa was too tight for 2 kids. Also we had to take care of making the beds for the kids and had to go to the laundry room to look for linen.unfortenutly they were missing some. We managed and really liked the place.

Clean and nice looking.

Stayed at the top floor and no A/C - it was too hot to sleep properly. Not plates for full family and only towels for 2 (of 5) so had to pick up remaining from the basement. Also, booked this bc of the breakfast option, which we were told after booking that it was not available after all, which was inconvenient for a family with 3 small kids…

A great stay, but not so clean apartments

The location is great. The proprety is situated in a peaceful and pretty neighborhood, with a supermarket and a drugstore close by. Bus stops for lines 1 and 10, both of which take you downtown, to the train station or the airport, are 2 minutes from the proprety. The inside is nicely designed and cosy. The kitchen is well equipped and there is complimentary water and some other drinks in the fridge. There is coffee and tea available as well.

The level of cleaness is questionnable. There is mold in the shower and generally, I didn't have the feeling that the bathroom was cleaned at all. There is dust on the floors. Sofas are disgusting. There are stains everywhere and I I didn't even sit down on them. If the cleaning staff keeps neglecting these pretty apartments, they will be ruined in the next year or two.

Disappointing

Customer service (whatsapp) reply is not prompt. Staff told me PIN code will be valid before 8pm on checkout date (for luggages storage) but it cannot work when I went back at 6pm. Texted and called several time, wasting almost 20min to fix issue. It delayed and impacted my train schedule…..
