Nice and modern, almost all you need + parking

Missing hairdryer, but otherwise has all you need. Unstable and slow WiFi. Some repairs are still going on outside now.

Beeping sound kept us up 2 nights. They did come fix eventually but it was annoying

Great renovation of a cute house in a suburb of Salzburg easily reachable by bus. Also possible to walk along river. Free parking. A/C. 2 bedrooms (rare for the price at that time of year). Opposite bus-stop and supermarket. On a main road but you can not hear it from bedrooms. Booked from app in car a few hours before arrival and process was smooth. Perfect for our 2 night and 1 full-day needs. Be aware that though both bedrooms have doors and locks you must traverse one room/living room to reach the bathroom/kitchen so great for families less so for two couples.

It "will" be a great rental property - its nearly there and totally suited our needs but we were in a hurry, desperate to find a two room place under 300 a night in height of season and it ticked all our boxes! It did feel like the builders had left the day before! There was still builders dust on front door and floors (it had been cleaned but prob needed a second wash). The patio is not finished which is not a problem but had a sheer drop (could be an issue for small kids). When we arrived there were several leaks from the ceiling and we got out pots and pans to try save parquet and told owner who did pop along and left us an extra towel. The source of the leak was found and the dripping did stop in the night. There was only one bowl so we had to use cups. The wifi worked badly. The plug next to the mirror in the bathroom did not work. All in all this was a really lovely house in a convenient area that just needed, in our opinion, a little more love and attention or checking before going on a rental platform. We just needed two rooms, a/c and a decent location so we were happy overall for our 36 hour stay. We hope the owner appreciates the constructive feedback. Despite the above, we would return.
