Pretty large living room and bedroom. Useful outside picnic area. Parking. Next to two large grocery stores. Bus 6 around the corner.

Spacious and had all we needed. Nice to have so many beds and a full kitchen. Thankful to have fans while it was so hot outside/no Air conditioner! Great hosts, very responsive and kind.

There was no lock to the main door of the apartment. The bottom door to the driveway was open one morning (staff?) so it would be nice to be able to lock the apartment door upstairs.

Unpleasant Stay with Poor Service and Unacceptable Host Behavior

Location was good.

Our stay at this apartment no. 7 was quite disappointing due to several issues that impacted our overall experience. Firstly, the apartment is located on the first floor with no elevator access. The staircase is steep, making it very inconvenient, especially when carrying heavy luggage. The condition of the amenities was also poor — the towels provided were extremely old and worn out, to the point where we were uncomfortable using them. Additionally, there was no lock on the bathroom door. Despite requesting a key for it, the owner never responded or took any action. Cleanliness was another concern. We spotted a cockroach near the sofa bed, which was very off-putting. Furthermore, the owner failed to provide clear guidance about parking our second vehicle, even though we had informed him in advance. There were also no proper instructions on waste segregation, which caused confusion during checkout. The most disturbing part was receiving a message from the owner after our stay that contained racially insensitive language. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this apartment to other travelers.

Decent apartment, you'll get by. not a great view.

The location is close to the city center by bus, just a couple of stops. The neighbourhood is too quiet, and a little secluded. You have a few grocery stores nearby.

The apartment setup is a little weird. There are no proper pillows or bedsheets, they only had a bed cover on the bed, no bed sheet. The pillows were body size, rather than the normal ones, which made them difficult to use. It's a functional house. Getting in the apartment was also a challenge. The host on the helpline was very rude and preachy, rather than being helpful. Despite me getting done with the online registration, they kept insisting to send them back the entry code, which sounded pointless since i'd already done the registration. on top of that the host kept harping on the point that i didn't read the instructions instead of helping me find a solution. Very Frustrating.

Newly renovated apartment, washing machine, free coffee & parking just outside the door! A bit warm.

Responsive host, even though we booked last minute and was at the property just half an hour later. He even called me to make sure I found the keys and everything was OK. There was - perhaps left by other guests or by the hosts - laundry detergent, which was excellent so we didn't have to go hunt for that the first thing when we arrived! Also there was some shampoo bottles and salt/pepper/cooking oil, and 6 capsules of coffee and tea. Excellent! We left a shampoo bottle there ourselves, since it's a nice thing that they are left for others to use. I like that. It's not a hotel after all, and a personal friendly touch like that is only welcomed. It looked newly renovated, and perhaps with some corners being cut here and there to keep the renovation costs down, but no major deal-breaking issues at all! The host might have to look at how the baseboard in the shower is done though, since I would bet it lets water in between. Also ventilation for the toilet would be a nice add-on (just make a ventilation-hole, with a fan, upwards in the wall facing the stairs). Also, before I forget, very nice and comfortable beds!

It was a very hot day/night, and our room (no. 6) - which was located upstairs - didn't have any AC. We tried our best to open the windows to make the wind pass through the apartment, but it didn't do much good. I would advice the host to install a wall-mounted air-to-air AC-unit in the central column of the apartment, and then add 20 EUR to the rent for each day. It would be much needed on hot days, and I guess it could also warm the house during winter - at a cheaper cost than conventional heating. With that said, we could sleep through the night with the windows open, and it was quite OK during the night when the sun went down. The road outside is next to the house, but it's not a big road / highway with that much traffic - even though the occasional car drove past once in a while. There was construction going on right across the street at the time we were there - but we left in the morning as they were starting to scramble around with their machines.

Very spacious apartment. It had three beds and two bedrooms. It had everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. Self check in and out was super easy.

It has a free parking space for each apartment. It is a busy road. You have to have patience driving in and out.

The apartment has a big hall with all beds placed next to each other, at least the owner can put a wall between them if more people are coming. Bathrooms and Toilets are different with a single key, if one is going to the bathroom other has to wait unless they get keys. The toilets are without ventilation so that u can imagine the smell.

The apartment have extremely illogical layout , it is not comfortable especially when there are small kids in the family. it also raises some safety concerns , the door upstairs cant be locked (no key available) , small kids can open the door and fall on the stairs the windows are not working properly , the wooded wall cover at the kitchen is not safely installed , the faucets are destroyed, the wooden step on the balcony door is not installed and it is dangerous for people to fall down. Overall to finalize : it is a poor quality ,not conformable overpriced apartment

The WiFi was very poor The toilet didn’t flush well Other guests had to park very close in front of our door due to limited space, which made it hard for us to enter our apartment. The floor was’t cleaned properly and felt sticky There was no vacuum or broom to clean the apartment, which would have been nice when you stay for a week On the opposite site of the apartment was a big construction work, which made a lot of noise.

Fantastic and memorable stay

We could arrive at our convenience to a clean and comfortable apartment. The location was great with a Hofer super market in the neighborhood. The kitchen was well furnished and the washing machine was a bonus.

Lighty flat with all needed furniture and appliances

Pillows were very unconfortable... but that was the same in all the places we visited in Austria. The area is not interesting however it is only 2km from the city center

Perfect for what we needed

Really close to the autobahn so it made it easy to get to, as we got there after dark. 30 min walk to the city center, which was fine by us.. We would stay again.

The upstairs room had a late night group that walked around a lot until the wee hours of the morning, but that’s not the properties fault, just loud guests.

Although there is a bus that takes you into town, it is a 35-minute walk to the centre. This is not central and the area is not attractive until you get to the river. Sound proofing is particularly bad: we could hear footsteps from the neighbours above reverberating through the ceiling. The neighbours were not noisy but the sound proofing is so inadequate that their 'normal noises' did disturb us.
