Everything was as we expected from others' comments. Well-situated, close to bus stop with which the city center is easily reachable. Good thing that public transportation is free of charge after paying tourist tax.
It would have been more comfortable if there is either a towel or paper towel in the kitchen area.

Location (near bus stops), staff, general cleaning and size of the room, quality of the provided kitchenware. Comfortable bed, pillows. Very good shower - and definitely hot, so careful usage of the temperature knob is advised
Nitpicking, to be fair... Lighting was on the darker side and in my room the extractor/over the kitchen lights didn't work so window had to be open to vent a bit after cooking. But, nitpicky
