Location out of town but easy access by bus. Stop very close to the apartment.. also, supermarket close by. Very clean room. Good communication and easy to find and access.

The staff is good and responsive. Helped us get an additional bed for the child.
The room wasn't clean enough, there were spider webs, no socket in the washroom, only 2 sockets in the room, and a very small fan was provided which was barely enough for 38 degree temperature. The room on the ground floor was kind of depressing but that could be just my personal opinion.
