Good value for money! Can recommend staying here for a short visit to Salzburg.

+ Could park the car at the property (no extra charge), and the bus stop to the town center is right outside the house + Cleanliness + Basic kitchen utensils were available + Good value for money

- Communication during the key handover was a bit challenging, even though we speak both German and English. - The Wi-Fi signal was very weak and mostly unusable. - If you're a light sleeper, it’s worth bringing earplugs, as the house is located on a noisy street. One night, we were also awakened by loud noises from the people upstairs returning late.

Exceptional

Easy to find and easy check in. 5 minute walk to bus stop that takes you straight to Salzburg main train station (about 15 minutes). Very clean kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, etc.

An enjoyable stay

A very comfortable and cozy place! The tram and bus stop were in front of the apartament!

The bath towels were a bit small and we suggest maybe extra mirrors in the bedrooms! Some informativos material about sites to visit in Salzburg Would be helpful

These hosts must be new to the hospitality business.

The flat was super clean, and we appreciated how cool it was despite the unusual heat & humidity during our time there. The location is right across from a trolley stop, which has regular buses/trolleys to take us into the center. We really appreciated the coffee maker, microwave, and kettle.

We didn't have the correct PIN code for they key box upon arrival, and it created quite a bit of frustration trying to track down the host by phone in order to actually get in. There was also no indication as to which wifi network we were supposed to use. A password was left for us, but it took us half an hour to guess which network it belonged to, as our devices picked up several from surrounding areas. The only way to connect to the correct network was to stand in the entry hallway. It didn't stretch to the kitchen or second bedroom. We were told to "sing" the guestbook with our personal information, and realized there was no guest book, only pieces of paper with very personal information -including addresses & passport numbers - from several other guests. As we had not received any additional information about check out, we simply placed the keys back into the lock box and left.

Great place to stay; would stay again

Spacious and Clean throughout. Great shower/Bathroom. Easy to get into the City but a little too far to walk. Looks like it could be a nice area.

Beyond the hosts control but there were road works which made it difficult to see the property drove past by accident on two separate occasions. No indication where it was best to park.

Gute Lage - fast im Zentrum von Salzburg

Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausgestattet. Es stehen 2 Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Es gibt ein schönes Bad/Dusche und eine saubere Küche, mit vielen Utensilien. Eine Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher waren vorhanden. Mir persönlich fehlte ein Toaster. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt, Handtücher lagen wunderschön drapiert auf unseren Betten bereit. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Vor Ort hatten wir einen eigenen Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen, die Bushaltestelle war gleich vor der Tür. Kurz nach der Ankunft mussten wir eine Tourismusabgabe/Nächtigungstaxe an den Vermieter bezahlen und erhielten dann für jede Person ein Guest Mobility Ticket. Hiermit konnten wir alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel kostenlos benutzen.

La propreté du logement,et le confort, disponibilité des condiments présent, la présence de volet au fenetre, la proximité avec l'arrêt du bus.

La relation avec le personnel: difficultée à comuniquer avec l'agent qui nous donnent les cléfs. Logement non prets quand nous sommes arrivée alors que l'heure d'arrivée est demandé à la réservation

Wer spontan verreist oder nur eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit sucht ist hier richtig.

Es sind gute schalldämmende Fenster verbaut und es war in der Wohnung schön kühl. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus liegt im Schattenwurf dessen. Die Wohnung wurde schön saniert, besonders das Bad.

Die Hauptstrasse ist stark befahren. Das sollte man aber im Voraus wissen (z.B. Google Maps konsultieren). Manchen könnte die fehlend Terrasse oder einen Aufenthaltsraum fehlen.

Ubicación perfecta

El alojamiento estaba impecable, en la cocina hay azúcar, te, café. El tener aparcamiento gratis para el coche está muy bien. Hay una parada de autobús justo enfrente . El bus 4 es el que te lleva al centro . Hay un supermercado muy cerca . Quizá la almohada es lo que a mi menos me a gustado, por lo demás esta genial muy recomendable
