Great base for exploring Salzburg

Really nice location, 10 min bus ride from the center. We arrived by car and didn't need to use it once in 3 days. Everything very amenable in the appt, nice outside table which we didn't even use. Highly recommend this place for anyone who plans to explore Salzburg for a few days

If I'm picky, then there's a railway right behind the appt with frequent trains going past, which might possibly be bad for light sleepers. Fine for us, though.

Good for short stay

Facilities were good. Although not expected for our city trip Salzburg, the apartment has a good location for nature hike.

You can hear the trains from the nearby station. Also out of walking distance to Salzburg old city, especially for children.

Strategic location of apartment for family

Warm personal greeting from the owner on our arrival, despite the check in info that have been provided to us. The location is only a walking distance from the train station. Very nice and clean room completed with amenities I.e. Coffee machine, microwave, oven etc. There is a shop next to the apartment where you can easily find basic stuff like water, food etc. Overall it was nice stay and we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Salzburg.

If only the fence is not too high so that we can have a view to the mountain. But we understand that this is probably for noise reduction purposes.

Amazing stay and very kind host!

Our stay was wonderful! I went with my parents, brother, and partner and it had everything we needed. The sofa bed was comfortable and my family enjoyed the bedroom with the king sized bed and single bed. The host was wonderful, greeted us upon arrival, gave recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed. There is a supermarket a few steps away where we got breakfast and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. The bathroom was pristine and huge with a very nice shower. We did fine even with 5 people sharing it. Some people have complained about noise from the trains but honestly no one in my family was bothered or even noticed too much. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment!

Fantastic apartment for a Family visit to Salzburg!

A nice and very well equipped apartment in a good location /Billa just around the corner, bus in a few minutes walking distance, ~30min. walking to the center with nice view/ with a free parking slot. The host is extremely nett and responsive!

Some people expressed their concerns about the near train station, but it didn’t worry us, moreover our Kids were very excited and joyful to watch the trains…

Spacious, comfortable apartment with great host.

The owner is lovely and very helpful, the accommodation is spacious and comfortable with private parking and plus and right beside a supermarket. The kitchen has everything you need to self cater. We were glad we had a car as the weather was inclement. The TV has Netflix and You Tube which made our 14 y.o very happy. A little bit of a damp smell in the apartment but all good with the windows open.

Peaceful environment and friendly people

Apartment owners Rudi and his father was super friendly people. We talk about cars and caravan travels what they and I was done with our families many years ago. We comes very late, but it was easy by using code and Rudi's good instructions. Apartment was clean and it was spacious for five people. Kitchen and shower/wc was OK. Lidl was near, easy to walk and buy breakfast. Good parking place for car and easy to drive Salzburg central. We just slept there, but I could be much longer.

Everything was perfect... specially the location... far from city and not yet far :).. Metro is like 50m walk, groceryshop billa was like a step away.. host rudi is very kind and helpful. He even arranged a cake for my wife. Rooms are sufficient for 4 people max.
