Ich würde dieses tolle Apartment jedem empfehlen, wenn man nicht nur für ein Salzburg Trip kommt da es doch schon etwas

Die „Hausdame“ war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch zu Salzburg gute Tipps gegeben. Das Apartment war sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet.

Bel emplacement et typique de l’Autriche

Très bien situé près de Salzbourg. À 15 minutes d’autobus vous êtes au cœur de l’action dans la ville de Mozart. Appartement très propre et ne manquait de rien. Hôtes très gentils. Tout est conforme aux détails sur le site de Booking.

Le seul petit détail est qu’on peut utiliser le lave-linge commun dans l’établissement au coût de 5 euros par lavage, mais aucune mention sur le site de Booking ( même après relu les informations) .

Csendes, nyugodt helyen volt a szállás, de busszal a belváros 20-30 percen belül elérhető. A szállásadók nagyon kedvesek, segítőkészek. A szállásunk I. osztályú volt.

Appartement très agréable, grand, triple exposition, bien équipé et confortable. Moustiquaires. Accueil chaleureux et bons conseils. Arrêt de bus devant la pension pour rejoindre le centre de Salzburg. Petit commerce toit près.

A ce niveau là on aurait apprécié un lave-vaisselle. Accès payant au lave-linge.

Toller Gastgeber in toller.Lage:)

Schon das Ankommen war toll. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und die Ferienwohnung war super. Wir hatten einen Balkon mit einem wunderschönen Blick und fühlten uns, von der ersten Minute an, sehr wohl. Auf der anderen anderen Straßenseite gab es einen kleinen Schlachter der uns auch mit vielen anderen Lebensmitteln versorgen konnte. Ein zusätzliches Plus war die Verbindung ins Zentrum von Salzburg. Es gab eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Sollten wir nochmal nach Salzburg fahren, dann werden wir hier mit Sicherheit wieder buchen.

Ajánlom mindenkinek, aki Salzburgot vagy a környező vidéket szeretné felfedezni.

Húsvétkor voltunk ott és teljes mértékben meg voltunk elégedve mindennel. Az apartman nyugodt, kertvárosi környezetben található, közel a természethez, ugyanakkor a városközpont nagyon gyorsan megközelíthető valamilyen járművel. A tulajdonosok nagyon kedvesen fogadtak minket és érkezéskor minden fontos tudnivalót elmondtak a környékről. Salzburg Card is vásárolható a helyszínen, amivel ingyenesen tudtunk bejutni rengeteg múzeumba, egyéb érdekes és szép helyre. A kártya használható a helyi buszokon, így a tömegközlekedést is ingyen tudtuk igénybe venni. A buszmegálló a ház előtt található. A buszra várva (ami nagyon pontos) gyönyörködni tudtunk a csodaszép Untersberg hegyben. Az apartman remek. Nagyon tiszta, szép berendezéssel, tágas helyiségek. Kényelmes volt az ágy, ami fontos a számunkra. A konyha kellőképpen felszerelt ahhoz, hogy reggelit vagy egy könnyű ebédet/vacsorát készítsen az ember. A wifi jól működött. Előre lefoglalt privát parkoló helyünk volt. Az apartman alkalmas lenne több heti tartózkodásra is. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat és bármikor szívesen visszatérnénk. Köszönjük a Ballwein családnak!

Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt bei Familie Ballwein. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb der Altstadt - und war deshalb umso erholsamer. Buchstäblich vor der Tür ist eine Bushaltestelle und in der "Kurtaxe" inbegriffen ist das Ticket für den ÖPNV. Sehr nachahmenswert!!! Sollte es uns erneut nach Salzburg führen, würden wir dort wieder wohnen wollen.

Rust van het platteland, maar toch vlakbij de stad.

Perfect gelegen in een landelijke omgeving net buiten Salzburg. Met het Guest Mobility Ticket, dat iedereen sinds 1 mei krijgt, is al het openbaar vervoer in de regio Salzburg gratis. De bushalte is voor de deur en in een kwartier sta je in het centrum. (Overigens is het ook te voet te doen, via Leopoldskron en het Nonntal. Erg mooie wandeling.) De apartementen zijn erg ruim, met een aparte keuken en slaapkamer. Keuken is goed uitgerust, met een magnetron, waterkoker, broodrooster en nespresso-machine. Alles is erg schoon. Ook een fijne douche. Tegenover de apartementen ligt een levensmiddelenzaak, maar deze is wel erg duur. Een stukje verder in de straat ligt een Billa supermarkt. Hier liggen ook restaurants, die eventueel te voet bereikbaar zijn.

Wifi was niet erg stabiel.

Magnifique

Daniela et Simon sont très accueillants et très organisés. Notre séjour a été formidable. L’appartement est très confortable et il ne manque rien. La pension est située à proximité d’un arrêt de bus qui amène en ville en 15 mn et le réseau de bus permet d’aller partout rapidement. Nous reviendrons car nous sommes loin d’avoir tout exploré.

A most enjoyable stay, thoroughly recommended.

A truly wonderful experience staying here. Situated two kilometers south of the city centre - and easily accessible by local bus (free to tourists) from a stop outside the pension.A quiet and peaceful location on a working farm, but also no excessive noises from animals or machinery, tractors, etc. Hoghly recommended for a most enjoyable holiday.

The location is great, you can see mountains and the castle from the house. Kitchen is well equipped and works fine. The bad is comfortable, and the balcony has a nice view.

The water did not go down well in the shower. TV was not working.

Excellent location. We spent three days visiting Saltzberg using public transport (easy bus at doorstep, 10 min to centre) and three days using our care to tour further (Berchtesgaden 25min). A great location, and spacious comfortable apartment, lacking nothing. PS get the Saltzberg Card - hosts had it for sale and it's amazing value for 72hrs
