Fabulous location and facilities right in the heart of Salzburg.

Such a great apartment with excellent facilities in a fantastic location. A really spacious living area and full kitchen plus a washer/dryer made this the best accommodation in Salzburg for the price.

Nice place, great locatuon, good stay

Very nice place in the centre of the city - close to all the sights, opposite the river from Getreidegasse and right next to Kapuziner Berg. Linzer parking garage is close and affordable for keeping the car there during the stay so arrival was stress free. Also close the grocery shops and bakeries and providing a full kitchen with fridge/freezer microwave and hob so there is nothing in the way of having a nice breakfast at home.

Because it’s in the old town with narrow streets and bars, restaurants and a small cinema below, it can be a bit noisy in the night and morning. I didn’t mind and the double windows block out most of it but it so it’s not a big problem but something to be aware of when you’re sensitive to noise. It was quite hot before and we kept the windows open

Mixed Bag

The main bed was quite comfortable.

While the central location is great, it is pretty noisy which made it difficult to sleep. The pull out bed had many long, black hairs in it when opened, and the main bed had stains in the sheets. Also missing a few basics like shampoo and soap in the shower and oil and seasonings in the kitchen. The lack of AC is also not ideal since we were there during a heat wave.

Location was convenient for access to tourist attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment facilities and sizing was good.

Key collection was at a different location, which we knew however not so pleasant in the cold and wet weather.

The floor was not clean and all ripped off. The lights were very dull and was not helping with the positive and fresh feeling of the house.

Great value for money in fantastic position.

Position, position, position!!! Had everything we required to make our stay great. Was warm & toasty upon arrival. Surrounded by cafes & restaurants . A short walk across bridge to the main tourist attractions. Can recommend Uncle Van’s Vietnamese restaurant opposite for an authentic tasty Vietnamese meal.

Bathroom/laundry was rather squishy- one person at time!!!

The apartment was in a great location handy to all the sights and shops. Very easy to walk around. It was very well equipped for preparing meals and well heated and comfortable with a spacious living area.

The reception for check in was a long walk from the apartment when towing luggage. There was a steep flight of stairs to be negotiated which wasn't explained in the description of the apartment. The bathroom was small and also had several steps. On the tiled floor it became slippery and dangerous. The bedroom was very small but the bed was comfortable.

Overall, it is a nice apartment in a good location but could do with some improvements

The location of the apartment was great, it was just so difficult to find. Firstly, you have to collect the keys at a different location about 10 minutes drive away. Then we couldn't find the apartment block in the street too easily. Finally when we entered the building we realised that we had no idea what apartment number it was, the woman who gave us the keys didn't tell us. The property name was given as Easyapartment, Aldstadt 1, Steingasse 8, Aldstadt, but we didn't realise that mean it was apartment 1 in the building (thought it was a zip code or something). We were trying by trial and error all of the doors in the building to see which fitted our key, only to return to the first one and discovered that the key fitted the 2nd time we tried. It was stressful not being able to get in.

Once we were in, the apartment was very spacious and nice, but there are several things that need improvement compared to other places we have stayed in: In the kitchen, there was no salt, pepper, cooking oil (like many apartments provide); the cooking utensils were OK, but there were no tongs for salad. In the bathroom, the removable shower head doesn't stay on the holder (too heavy for the loose fitting) and needs repair. You wouldn't want to be very tall, since the bathroom ceiling has some very low points. The plumbing in the building is such that when an upstairs neighbour flushed their toilet, you can hear water rushing through the pipes, and it sounds like someone is knocking at your door. There were also noisy people in the street outside the window until 3am at a bar.

Great location, good size.

The location of this rental cannot be beaten. Right in the middle of everything. It was a very good size rental as well. There was a nice espresso machine and plenty of kitchen supplies. The TV worked well and was a good size.

The check-in process could be easier. You have to pick up keys from the property management company that is a long walk away from the rental. So much so that we took a cab. Be aware there are bars right outside the bedroom window, so it can be a bit noisy at night. It wasn't a problem for us.

Great location, clean, few things needing attention.

Great Location! Apartment clean & tidy, with nearly everything you need.

Pull out Sofa bed was a little dated, our daughter found it pretty uncomfortable, therefore didn’t sleep very well. Shower cubicle tight to get in & out of + shower head did not want to stay upright. Need to bring your own soap. Some maintenance required maybe?

The property is right at the center of everything.Everything is in walkable distance from the property

Staff doesn’t respond.Baby crib was broken from one end when we reached at the property.I informed them and they didn’t respond.Furthermore,checkout time was 11:30 am and cleaning lady barged in without knocking at 10:30 am.We have 10 month old baby .They have been so inconsiderate

Great location to old Town for shops restaurants etc

Noisy Area lots of bars outside apartment went on till 4am...also you hear the upstairs apartments water pipes ie hear water running in the pipes woke us up...also to collect keys you have stop of at other building 20 minutes walk so not so good therefore great location but I would not consider coming back or recommend this place..

Very good

The location is 10/10, the apartment located on the beautiful old street. Right across the front door there is a staircase going up the mountain for the beautiful Salzburg view. The apartment is clean, everything was in working condition, the kitchen is well equipped for people who prefer cooking their meals. The stuff was friendly and responsive, the check in process was fast and friendly.

Wifi was pretty much nonexistent. Mobile phones would only connect to the network in one room and even then it's very slow

Great location! Bus stations and supermarket nearby. Walkable distance from most of the sights. (There are stairs right in front of the entrance. Climb up the stairs, the view's great) Warm room, warm shower!

Waited the host at the entrance for about 20-30 mins even though I informed her an hour before my arrival, as requested. But she was kind enough to run all her way back to give the toilet rolls which were insufficient. Living room with stale cigarette smoke smell (slightly).

Zentrale Lage rund alles vorhanden für einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt!

Zentrale Lage ist super! Festung, Schloss Mirabell und Mozart Museen sind fussläufig gut erreichbar. Für längere Aufenthalte ist auch eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Ich war mit zwei Kindern unterwegs und die schlafsituation war mit der Hochbett Kombination gut, zwei unten und eine oben.

Einfaches Apartment mitten in der lebendigen Altstadt

Die Lage direkt in der Altstadt ist natürlich ein Pluspunkt. Wer abends noch gerne unterwegs ist, findet jede Menge Möglichkeiten. Die Wohnküche ist groß, das Bett war sauber und bequem.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Altbau, dementsprechend sind die Fenster nicht ganz dicht bei Regen, das Bad ist eng mit Stufen, die Wände hellhörig. Nachts war es laut durch die Bar gegenüber und die Geräusche im Haus.

Praktische Altstadtwohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich unschlagbar. Zu Fuß ist man auch schnell auf der andere Seite der Altstadt. Das Wohnzimmer ist großzügig, die Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gastronomie in der Umgebung und der nahe Zustieg zu den Bussen machen die Lage perfekt.

Leider funktionierte der Fernseher nicht. War aber kein Problem, für unser Abendprogramm war gesorgt.
