A great set up for a family. Close to the train station and easy walking distance.
The location is a little grungy, but don’t feel unsafe. The access was very secure. No real Resturant options close by but a little further and there are plenty to choose from. There was a sensor light in the hallway which was annoying at night.

I hadn't realised the apartment was literally two bedrooms, there is no kitchen or living room! So it's more like a hotel room. Some of the fixings need attention.

Lovely cosy (not small) place to stay
Nice new apartment. We absolutely loved that the host supplied unlimited coffee pods and tea.
Cosy beds, nice and clean bathroom. If you need to travel with trains it's a perfect location. You won't need to carry your luggage too far.
Mobility tickets were a great plus. We enjoyed using public transport for free

Overall, it’s a great apartment in a great location.
The location is amazing! Only 2-3 mins walk from the central station.. only a few bus stops away from Mirabel palace. Rooms and bathroom are new, clean and comfortable.
There was no AC and it was quite hot when we were there but they have fans so it’s still OK. ACs are not common in European apartments. Also, no kitchen but they provide coffees and teas.

Morand apartments Salzburg Austria
Apartments were clean, spacious, plenty of room for clothes, cases etc. there was a fridge , kettle and coffee maker. The kettle could have done with being replaced. Any time I asked for towels they were given. Not serviced daily although no real need. Apartments were located about a 2-3 minute walk from the main train and bus station. Old town about a 15-20 minute walk.

Άνετο και ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, πολύ καθαρό και με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές για την διαμονή μας. Καλή τοποθεσία κοντά στο κέντρο και δίπλα σε μεταφορικά μέσα με εύκολη πρόσβαση.
잘츠 중앙역에서 매우 가깝고 우리로 따지면 2층이 숙소들이 쫙 있어서 메인 문을 비번 누르고 2층으로 올라서 비번을 눌러서 호실을 또 찾아서 비번을누르는 형식 입니다.
수건은 그렇게 나쁘지 않고 청소가 안되니 여분 챙겨가시구
연락이 매우 잘되는 숙소라서 도착전에 게스트모빌리티카드 요청하셔서 잘츠내 이동은 무료로 꼭 타세여 (트램 버스 다 되여) 방안에 커피도 라면도 먹을수 있게 전기보트 구비되어있어요

Emplacement proche du centre de la ville, qualité du matelas, joli parquet, réponse rapide des propriétaires.
Quel est l’identification de ce logement : ce n’est pas un appartement (revoir les critères d’un appartement) / ce n’est pas un hôtel, nous sommes QUE dans une chambre avec salle de bain. Nous ne pouvons que voir le rapport investissement - rapport que les propriétaires font là !!! Une chambre à ce prix là !!!
Pour la chambre: absence de table ou bureau et de chaises suffisantes, que des lits, absence d’étagères dans la salle de bain (poser ses affaires à même le sol bof), un plastique de fenêtre cassé, une barre de sèche serviette cassé … pour le prix ça commence à faire !!! Laisser d’autres oreillers. Un oreiller par personne, mais des oreillers très haut (bonjour les maux de nuque).
Lien avec les propriétaires : rapide pour répondre il n’y a pas de soucis mais là aussi réponses qui laisse un froid. À la question : à combien de temps sommes nous du centre ville. Réponse : voici l’adresse regardez sur Google car tout dépend de l’endroit. Un accueil plus chaleureux et un : vous vous trouvez à tant de temps de la veille ville, à tant du château Mirabel et tant de la forteresse ne vous prend justement pas plus de temps à rédiger (promis) mais donne un autre effet !!
Enfin attention pour ceux qui viennent avec enfants. La taxe de séjour qu’il vous faut laisser comme ça dans la chambre (puisque vous ne voyez personne !!) est gratuite jusqu’à 15 ans. Votre hôte sait vous réclamer à 3 reprises cette taxe mais ne précise pas ce détails. Nous nous étions renseignés et lorsqu’on lui fait savoir : bien sûr c’est à partir de 15ans si vous nous le demandez on vous le dit !! Mais là aussi dans ces 3 messages qu’est-ce que ça coûte d’ajouter 3,55€ / personne (à partir de 15ans) / nuit !! Pas grand chose …
Et ne me dites pas oui mais Salzbourg est cher !!! Certes ville qui a un coût mais l’accueil ça se travail.
