Good location but old and haunted

Location os very good

but iwas in a very old building with too many doors with manual locks, so was a bit inconvenient. The place looked bit haunted to me as was old. We just stayed 2 nights, so not much interaction with the hotel.

Overall - if you can find another place to stay - I would recommend not to choose this one.

The property was located in the downtown area and close to all the things we wanted to visit and see.

The beds were squeaking. When you enter the building - the stairs were covered with dust. The entry to the apartment was smelling like a sauerkraut. My kids could not wait to leave this place.

other than location , nothing works well for us …. they made our short stay pretty hectic without internet service

the location of this property was good

1. the bed sheets were not clean enough 2. not any internet connection even if this was promised … they said that they will compensate me and asked me to drop a mail but have not received any response yet .. they made my trip vetry bad as it was ond of the essential requirement from my side 3. they did provide utensils but no cleaning material , not sure what do they expect here 4. tea kettles are there but no tea tea bags … only come to know on the last day morning that they forgot to provide the same 5. the propertyoverallis notready for rent as they are under stuffed and accountablity is completelt missing 6. definitely not worth for money

The staff at the hotel who look after the apartment were so lovely and the location is obviously amazing. Interesting to stay in a historical apartment/room.

I have to agree with ALL the other negative reviews. I'm surprised with all the tourism they couldn't pay for some basic upgrades and not have tatty linen, old lumpy pillows, rickety chairs, get better cleaners and actually fix the wifi - which is almost non-existent. It's a shame because it could be very charming. Also it no longer has a Washing machine and I was hoping to wash while there but the ad still says they do.

Fantastic place to stay- 100% recommend!

Location was incredible! A couple of minutes walk from the centre of the old town! The property was linked to the hotel opposite which was handy if we ever needed to contact anyone .. ie ordering taxis or getting a coffee :)

The wifi didn’t work at all throughout the trip.

We liked the location of the apartment and the staff on the reception was very helpful and nice.

The place was nit cleaned before we came there, for example there was a water bottle from the previous visitor laying on the floor, there was also no toilet paper.

Wonderful Salzburg, not so wonderful apartment

The apartment is located in the Center of Salzburg, walking distance to all the main attractions. The beds were comfortable. Paid private-parking. Some of the staff were friendly.

We have arrived a bit late, but we have specified this before arrival. The receptionist Christian was extremely rude, like we were bothering him with our arrival. It was specified that we can pay at check-out, but he insisted on advance payment, which should have not been a problem, but when we've asked for the Wi-Fi password to transfer money onto our card to make the payment, he was furious and did not want to help, he insisted that we are very late, despite us being with a 1 year old child. In the end we managed the advanced payment. We were also late because the Center area is a pedestrian zone where you have to pass a bollard, which absolutely nobody mentions before arrival. When we have called the reception before arrival it was very hard to understand any instructions regarding entering the pedestrian area, we waited around 15-20 minutes. The room has very squeaky wooden floor. There were two fridges, one wasn't working at all (why do you even keep it in the room?). A lot of the light-bulbs were faulty. The apartment belongs to the Hotel from the opposite side of the road, unfortunately the pictures which are uploaded are older and they do no reflect the current state of the room. We were also very unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room and table-wear. It is truly sad that such a greatly located apartment ends up being not quite the pleasant stay because of it not being taken care of.

Overall it was nice stay in Salzburg. Appartment location was the perfect. Very close to everything

It was perfect location Key was available on the reception of opposite site hotel. Behind the appartment private parking/paid per day 16 euros/, location near to almost every important places.

very week signal for WIFI in the room, for better signal we had to be in the bathroom, very noisy floor of the appartmentment during movement/it was very disturbing the other person sleep/.

Posizione comodissima. Posto auto. Specchio grande in camera.

Odore stantio presente in anticamera prima di entrare nell'appartamento. Ventilatori dati in dotazione impolverati. Bagno vecchio con vasca senza tappetino antiscivolo (meglio per me doccia).
