Die Unterkunft bot leider nur einen großen Raum mit zwei Doppelbetten. Dies war aus der Beschreibung und den beigefügten Fotos nicht ersichtlich – vielmehr entstand der gegenteilige Eindruck. Zudem verfügte die Unterkunft weder über die optimale noch ansatzweise über die übliche Ausstattung eines Apartments.
Nach Rücksprache mit dem Personal an der Rezeption und dem Schildern der Problematik wurde uns direkt vor Ort ein Upgrade angeboten. Gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis erhielten wir eine Suite im Obergeschoss des Hotels mit einer deutlich besseren Aufteilung der Schlafmöglichkeiten, wodurch der Aufenthalt letztlich angenehmer gestaltet werden konnte.
