Like a home.

Tqvm for the Guest Mobility Ticket, so that we can move anyway in Salzburg although the apartment a bit distance from the centre. Need to check which bus pass by. The kitchen have well equipment.We used washing machine , that’s good.

Nice small place to explore Salzburg from

The apartment is good for a shorter stay with max four people. You need to consider there is only one real bedroom, the other room serves as a combined living, dining and bedroom with a (surprisingly comfy and large) pull-out sofa. The kitchen is tiny, but well equipped for its size. Location is very good with city bus station nearby. From there it is only a short ride to Mirabellplatz or the Franz-Josef-Kai, which is close to many POI. It is also very close to Salzburg main train station. For shopping, there is a Billa supermarket just down the road. Do not miss to go to the well-known and recommended Restaurant Fuxn, even closer by. If you do not expect huge space, it is a good and comfy starting place to explore Salzburg.

If you arrive by car, you'll need a key to open a boom gate before you can enter the parking area of the apartment that is a bit off the main road. The key is in a lock box just next to entrance of the apartment house, so your car is blocking the narrow way in while you are looking for the key. Fortunately a tenant wanting to drive in also was so friendly to open the gate for us. Once you got the key it is not a problem any longer, though.

Feels like home with the view of the Alps

The location is just right. Close to the city center and only 10 mins bus ride from the central train station. And only 3 mins walk, there is a big supermarket BILLA. We are blown away by the equipment that has been provided inside the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is detergent the washing machine. Although we are group of three, the sofa bed in the living room can be extend to fit two people. And we like the smart tv, we stay for five days and almost every day we like to watch Youtube together in the living room.

We like everything about the property.

Apartment is fully equipped, comfortable with all you might need in really quiet neighbourhood. It was great that the host even provided us coffee capsules :) It is close to supermarket. Private parking is available on spot which is very important for stay in Salzburg for the ones arriving by car.

Clean, comfortable, everything we needed and enough space for 3 people.

The host Andrea gave great, clear instructions on how to access the property. The property is a little bit outside the city centre, but an easy 10-15 minute walk, and there's a supermarket around the corner (~5min walk). It is about a 15min walk from the main train station. The apartment is also located on the base of a small mountain, which was great for a little hike with the most beautiful views of Salzburg. We never would have seen such great views if we hadn't stayed here and explored! The Nespresso coffee and tea options were also a welcome addition.

The apartment is in a bit of a strange location, but is fantastic for the price.

the apartment itself and balcony were beautiful! provided good utilities(coffee maker, toaster,silverware, tea bags,etc)

the hallway leading up to it smells so badly of smoke and cigarette. (nothing to do with the room itself though!)

Rooms were spacious

Blankets, Duvets, pillows and sofa had stains and was not cleaned properly. Soft dust on towels. Description of the accommodation said mountain view however, it had view of the warehouse before the mountains.

Loved Salzburg! Excellence Facilities!

- Price - was much cheaper than anything else we could find. Seemed reasonable value for what we got. We traveled for for the Champions game (Liverpool) and were very impressed with this apartment as can be a busy time and its not uncommon for accommodation to shoot up their prices Bed and Sofa bed - nothing to complain about. Fine for the 3 of us - sofa bed would probably be fine for 2 but best for 1. Photos are very accurate on the apartment. Yes it is dated but as everything you would need and was very clean! Facilities was what we were most impressed with. Bathroom - washing machine as well as washing tablet and plenty of cleaning products. Kitchen. Hob, Fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. Good glassware A range of tea bags and both coffee filters provided and very handy for us. Good amount of supplies such as oil, salt etc which we did not use but handy to have if you are cooking in. We made bacon and sausages for breakfast on the hob - with frying pan and spatula provided. Local Supermarket Billa was a 3 minute walk and was fair in size - had everything we needed. We were about 20 minutes from from the center of town and about 10 minutes walk from Mirabellplatz. We don't mind this kind of walk during the day and in the evening we paid for an Uber (8 Euros) back from Town. We arrived early and had spoken to the owner about this - advised we could leave our staff in the room - i don;t think the cleaner was advised as she was not expecting us but was very friendly and was fine about us leaving our bags. Instructions from the owner are the clearest I have ever received about an apartment, was so simple to find!

Nothing ruined the trip but if I am being pedantic about the trip: - Would like to have been a bit closer town - but was still walk-able maybe would have been fine if we were there for longer. -No full length mirror - only usable mirror in bathroom took the mirror from the hallway down to do my makeup - furniture bit dated and bulky but we were not staying in the apartment for long periods so this did not bother us and on the flip side plenty of storage.

нам понравилось все.в кварире было все что надо.кухоный набор.плита.кофемашинка.капсулы.шампунь.тостер.везде было мыло.таблетки для посуды.даже бумага для выпечки и лопатка для обуви .короче вывод если вы будете в этом не беспокойтесь ни очем там все есть. чисто.аккуратно.стильно.мы были на машине есть внутри парковка.есть лифт.номер теплый.

один небольшой ньюанс.при заезде на машине вам нужен ключ от ворот.но он находиться в локере при входе в дом..либо вы ждете что кто то вам откроет из жильцов .либо сами идете в дом и берете ключ от ворот. но это не как не помешало нашему проживанию. немного темно над обеденым столом.я бы добавил лампу :-)

Saubere sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in guter Lage!

Das Appartement ist gut zu erreichen und es gibt eine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit. Es ist eine ordentliche, saubere, sehr gut ausgestattete 2 Raumwohnung mi Balkon. Zusätzlich zu dem was man im alltäglichen Leben so braucht gibt es noch ein Bügeleisen und eine Waschmaschine. Billa, Spar, und Lidl sind direkt um die Ecke und wenn man nicht kpl unsportlich ist kann man Linzergasse, Getreidegasse, Schloss Mirabelle und sogar die Festung zu Fuß erreichen. Wir hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt und können die Ferienwohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!

Es gab nichts negatives was mit der Wohnung zu tun gehabt hätte.

Funktionale Wohnung am Stadtrand

Wir waren mit vier Personen dort. Die Schlafcouch war super einfach ein- und auszuklappen, sodass wir tagsüber genug Platz hatten. Obwohl die Küche klein war, war sie sehr gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung funtional und die Innenstadt in ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Es handelt sich um einen großen Wohnkomplex, sodass man natürlich auch Geräusche der Nachbarn mitbekommt.
