It was comforting and the host was wonderful. No issues whatsoever. Five star service.

Disappointing

Good location - one train stop from Central Station. Allowed to check in early.

Dilapidated front gate outside house as first introduction to property. Poor communication: three requests for arrival details. Automated messages. No washing machine in the apartment as advertised. Washing machine in overflowing laundry room downstairs to share with two other floors! Coffee machine needed cleaning before working Furniture is tired and dated and doesn't look as well in pictures. Salzburg is a beautiful city but would stay elsewhere next time.

The stay was pleasant but the facilities could have been catered to in a more prompt manner.

The host was friendly and tried to take care of our requests. He was kind enough to give us a ride into town.

Some of the items that were supposed to be in the apartment were missing( paper towels, fish cloth, coffee pods) and we had to message the host to bring them. The AC was not effective at all as the free standing AC new cooler air to the front side and the backside blew warm air because the AC was not connected to a window. The bathroom had only a half roll of toilet paper that we ran out of the night before our check out and there were no spare rolls available.

The apartment was very clean and was super well equipped. Check in process was also easy and the biggest plus was the parking space.

It’s not in the center of Salzburg, but if you have a car it’s not a big problem.

Exceptional

Very nice place to stay short or longer-term. Two separate bedrooms and nice little living room/kitchen with TV and comfort sofa. The location and window view are great. Easy and smooth communication with Mr. Labi. Definitely gonna stay again next time coming through Salzburg.

Rena och sköna sängkläder. Litet funktionellt badrum. Möjligt att gå in till gamla stan. Relativt nära till tågstationen. Trevlig kvarterskrog i närheten..

Strömmen bröts när man använde spis och ugn samtidigt. Saknade kaffebryggare, fanns kapselbryggare.

Зупинялися на одну добу. Дуже гарний номер: чисто, тепло, в номері є все, що було в переліку. Зручна парковка. Господарі швидко виходили на зв’язок.

Поряд трамвайні колії, дуже гучно. Думали, що вночі рух припиняється, але трамваї їздять цілодобово.

Ho chiesto check-in 15/16 che tra l'altro era dalle 15 e, le indicazioni con password per ritirare la chiave mi sono arrivate quasi alle 16, considerato che pioveva e avevo pure due bambini piccoli, mi sono girate parecchio. Wifi non funzionava, idem TV e macchinetta del caffè.
