Cozy atmosphere, great facilities, bus stop and bakery near by.

A wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood which easily accommodates large groups, we had a great stay.

Floor in the kitchen needs a more thorough moping, but other than that, everything was very comfy and clean.

A great place for groups of 6 or more!

The accomodations were much larger than I anticipated. There was enough room for everyone to have their own private space. The top floor was perfect for group gatherings. Everyone particularly enjoyed the coffee/expresso machine!

It was a bit hard to regulate the temperature. We also had trouble finding places to eat close by.

Very nice design , spacious loft 4 bedrooms Spacious living room with dining , you literally don’t need anything is well equipped for kitchen and toilets , nice & big balcony one of the best Amazing homes ! Even nicer that the photos on booking .

We enjoyed our stay in "the loft" and found the neighborhood to be quiet and sociable.

The home was beautiful. It was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were very nice and the bathroom facilities were outstanding. There was plenty of room for the family to gather.

We wanted to be closer to the Salzburg Centrum so that we could walk. We wound up driving to the city and parking was hard to find and expensive.

Highly recommended place to stay!

The home was extremely comfortable and large. It had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The owners answered my questions quickly and were very helpful.

We purchased a removable child gate because the one and a half year old wanted to go up and down the three flights of stairs, and it wasn’t safe without it.

the lack of cooking supplies (baking pans and cooking utensils) lack of closets dryer took very long to dry clothes many dog hair fluffs throughout the stay. while we were ok with it, the owner should indicate that the property has/allows animals for those individuals with allergies to animals

First time to Salzburg

The home is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and had some basics (tea, sugar, coffee) that were nice to have available. The communication with staff before and during our stay was exceptional and made it so much easier during the craziness of planning during COVID.

The property is perfect, but visitors should know that you will need a car or be prepared for a fairly long walk to get to old town Salzburg. We had a vehicle and easily found parking garages by reference to a map provided at the property.

Me and my girlfriends absolutely loved it, it was amazing. It was beautiful property, absolutely clean and spotless, lovely clean bedding and sheets and the owners were fantastic to deal with and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them in answering my many questions by email. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone.

Absolutely Nothing it was a perfect place to stay. However, maybe a microwave would be handy for visitors as we didn’t really do much cooking.

Unzureichend für den Preis - Ungeeignet für mehrere Paare

Lage ist gut, Die Wohnung geräumig, Einrichtung gefällig, Küchenausstattung o.k. (etwas mehr Geschirr und Küchengerät wäre aber hilfreich bei großen Gruppen)

Die Unterkunftsbeschreibung ist irreführend. 2 Schlafräume liegen im Souterrain und es handelt sich um ein offenes Durchgangszimmer mit dahinter liegendem Schlafzimmer - man ist nicht privat und stört sich also gegenseitig in der Nacht. Das gemeinsame Bad ist zu klein für eine Doppelnutzung durch 2 Paare. Für 4 Paare ist die Unterkunft daher ungeeignet, zumal das Haus auch etwas hellhörig ist. Die große Terrasse könnte schön sein, hat jedoch außer einem großen Tisch mit alterschwachen Bänken keine Möbel oder freundliche Begrünung, zum Entspannen also nicht nutzbar und der Vermieter will das auch nicht ändern. Insgesamt passen hier Preis-Leistung nicht, Das Haus bleibt weit unter den Erwartungen zurück.

Perfekt für einen Städtetrip mit Freunden/ Familie(n)

Perfekt! Man findet selten eine so gut ausgestattete Wohnung und vor allem auch Küche. Sämtliche Gewürze, Tee und Kaffee etc. sind ausreichend vorhanden. Check-in sehr einfach durch Türcode. Es wurde ein Gegenstand vergessen, unkomplizierte Kommunikation und Zusendung.

Die Hinweise auf (Nacht)- Ruhe und die "strengen Nachbarn" (welches meiner Wahrnehmung nach die Vermieter selbst sind) waren mir persönlich etwas zu viel. Leider gibt es aber wahrscheinlich hier auch einen Grund, dass sich zu viele nicht angepasst verhalten können. Lage ist nicht optimal, für ca. 20€ kommt man aber mit einem Uber in die Innenstadt. Und man spart sich hier natürlich den teuren Parkplatz, da man an der Unterkunft umsonst parken kann.
