Modern, spacious, and warm – a perfect base for Salzburg

The apartment was modern, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed (oven, dishwasher, coffee machine with supplies). We really appreciated the communal washing machine and dryer; detergent and power were provided, and we never had to wait to use them. The heating was incredible—even with -4°C nights, it was so toasty we cracked a window! Location is excellent: a safe, quiet area that is just an easy 10-15-minute walk through the tunnel to the Old Town. Access was fantastic with a single code for both the front and apartment doors—no keys to worry about. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for everyone.

Honestly, very little. The apartment is one floor up with no elevator, which was no issue for us but worth noting. The rooftop courtyard/patio seemed to be locked, though that was likely just because of the snow.

Couldn’t ask for better.

Very spacious and clean awesome property for us. (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Easy tram into town and plenty of food options close. Communication from hosts was great and the little touches with champagne and local biscuits was a pleasant surprise.

Exceptional quality with every detail met wh

Everything!!! This is without a doubt, one of the most impressive rentals we have ever had. They have thought about every detail. The apartment is meticulously decorated with incredibly high-quality furnishings and linens. There’s everything you need to be able to cook in the kitchen and ample space to work out. The water pressure is excellent and the bed was super comfortable. The location is right around the corner from bus lines, 1, 8 and 10, which will get you into the old town within two stops. During high season, one of the top rated breakfast restaurants is right across the street but unfortunately it was closed this time of year. We couldn’t say enough positive about this company and the property that they manage. It’s so thoughtfully developed - they even had a laundry facility with soap that we could use and laundry baskets. Exceptional and highly attractive rental property!

It’s a lovely apartment

The location was just fine. A little farther from the Old Town than we thought but a swell ambiance

We were a bit frustrated that we could not get the code earlier. Our phone was dying and it was very stressful to think we would be on the street with no way to be contacted. Usually we get the code at least a day in advance

Our stay was smooth and pleasant, with helpful hosts and everything working perfectly.

The owners responded to messages promptly, all access codes worked without any issues, and we even managed to store our bikes safely for the night. The hosts were very helpful throughout our stay.

close to city center, silent neighborhood

no able to watch tv channels, it is a big missing that couldnt able to watch tv channels for kids. and one more thing, cable or satellite has no much foreign channels like out from german speaking. people are mostly visiting these places from abroad and tv in the house was full of german channels. not logic. and tv should have netflix, prime or disney app. now most of the people has account so visitors can use their profiles on tv.

I love being here. It was very clean uncomfortable.

Comfortable and quiet and host was easy to communicate to.

The apartment was in a quiet location near shops and restaurants. When we got in the place, we found it clean and comfortable. We were close to a bus stop and if we wanted to walk to the old part of the city, which had the market and shopping district, it wasn’t a long walk. Spar is a 8-10 minute walk and this wonderful coffee shop was right across the apartment building. There was no AC though, but you can let in air to cool the place. The light switch in the 2nd bathroom is a mystery. We could not find it and the light would randomly switch on and off. Haha. We just closed the door so we don’t see the light performance.

The main bathroom had to be swept towards the drainage after each shower, which we didn’t mind much.

Out of this world

Conveniently located from the city Center - 5mins by bus. Lovely neighbourhood, quiet and peaceful. Nice bakery just off the bus stop - great place for a coffee and snack! The property is very new, beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, and had everything one would need - from kitchen utensils, extra blankets, even an extra HDMI cable if you wanted to hook your laptop to the TV. They had thoughtfully made the extra pull out bed knowing there were four of us - I really loved that. It is a contactless check-in - Viktoria with who I interacted with via the chat app was super responsive with all my queries from the time I booked the place 2 months ago till the time I checked out. Absolutely fabulous! It is everything that was promised and much more!

Very Noisy Location, Very unhelpful management

It is located on a very busy noisy street (very bad location) There is no one on site to help you when you needed something (and we had alot of problems). The beds are very uncomfortable. The management are not helpful. There was a very bad smell coming out of the bathroom every time someone showers. Don’t recommend at all.

Good location, 2 or 3 bus stops into town. Spacious apartment with balcony. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Supplied with washing up liquid, dish cloths, soap, toilet roll, napkins, kitchen roll, enough dishwasher tablets for the stay. Nespresso larger type pod machine. Great for a family or couples. We got a 3 day Salzburg Card, and visited lots of the museums and attractions included with it. Wish list: More baking trays for oven, only one supplied so limited cooking options. Colander.

Fantastic apartment near Salzburg centre

The apartment was perfect for us - it was spacious, very comfortable, well appointed, and had all that we needed for our stay in Salzburg. We loved everything about it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it as an excellent base for exploring Salzburg.

The only small query was that the microwave controls were difficult to work out because the digital display didn't work ... apart from that, it was super

Great apartment fitted with everything you need. Walking distance to the city center. Well organised. My family enjoyed their stay in this apartment (Hellbrunn 2)

No A/C, but there are fans in each bedroom. No washing machine or ironing board inside the apartment, however, they are only available in the laundry room, basement level. A bit expensive, compared to other options in the area.

It’s location was fantastic . All the amenities we needed were close at hand. We really enjoyed exploring the neighbourhood, shopping in the local shops and eating in the local restaurants. It was a home away from home.

The couch was grubby and the pillows were lumpy.

They asked us to do the dishes , take out the trash bins and sweep the floor and still asked for 60€ cleaning fee which I consider too much because we still have to clean ! And if you don’t clean they will charge you 80€ extra

Good location, nice restaurants and close to the centre. Apartment spacious and well equipped.

Continually getting messages to ensure place is left clean as we always keep any apartment we rent clean but here it seemed over the top as I wonder then what we paid for if I am meant to clean the place for the next guest. Parking is also not well explained.

The property we were supposed to stay at was very nice

There was someone in the condo we were supposed to stay at. The owner was quick to react and took us to another property she owned for us to stay. However the new place was nothing near as nice as what we originally booked.
