Location, beautifully furnished, stylish spacious, clean and modern, attention to detail, polite and responsive owner. Apartment even had a first aid kit which we didn't have to use but was a nice touch. Laundry facilities in the basement, well stocked kitchen with pans, salt and pepper.
Microwave was not working as it should. Bath sink had water flowing slowly

The place was very good. Close to main attractions with easy access to public transportation. Accommodation was well organised, almost everything was available needed. It felt like home.
The pillow was not comfortable, and did not provide a good sleep. It was too much used and out of shape.
The bath towel hanging rack for in the washroom was not clean.
It would be good if towels can be changed every alternate day and cleaning happens along with a change of bedsheets, which was missing.
Also it would be great if a compact vacuum cleaner will be provided in accommodation so guest can clean it if needed.
