Great hosts, facilities and location.

The hosts were most helpful when we arrived and when we checked out. The location is terrific - right in the center of the Old Town. The facilities were excellent. They were in excellent condition and with plenty of space.

A great place to stay

Wonderful modern space in an old character filled building. Hoist available to get luggage to top floor. Great aircon. Right on the main street in a picturesque city.

I am very happy with the stay!

The room is big, clean, and beautiful. The location is great. it is very easy to get to there and it is close to anywhere. The host is very welcoming. They helped to take the luggage to room.

there is no elevator in the property. If you are a senior like me, it might be difficult to climbing 4 floors to get your room.

Great Place To Stay In Old Town

Location was perfect. You can walk from train station and to everything in Old Town. Staff and owner were great. Bed was very comfortable. Room was super clean. One block from Mozart’s birth home.

spacious and clean room, attention to detail, good aircon. superb location. Only 2 issues, one that there was no elevator and the apartment is on the 4th floor, however host helped pick up the luggage to the room . 2nd no daily cleaning, only the supplies were restocked after every 2 days of stay. Over all, 8 out of 10

Lovely apartment in a perfect location

I chose this apartment because we had stayed in the area before and loved the location but this time needed space for four people. It was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. AC worked great. We appreciated the coffee as well! The owner was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic central apartment

The apartment was very well situated in the old town. There were great facilities and plenty of space for four of us. Any questions or needs were dealt with very quickly and in a very friendly manner. The historical story of the building added to the whole experience.

Absolutely amazing location for seeing everything the Old Town of Salzburg has to offer. It's pretty much no more than a 20 minute walk to anything you'd want to see.

Hands down best apartment experience I’ve had in Europe

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful.! The most storage in any apartment I’ve stayed!! Hangers too. We even had a change of towels and garage taken out every couple days! The location was THE best ever, and loved coming and going all day. Wonderful A/C. Great water pressure in the shower and a complete kitchen. Comfortable beds. Quiet location.

Nothing Not an issue but just a note that the kids room is accessible from the main bedroom with a frosted door and a separate door from the hallway. It doesn’t have a/c per se but it was not an issue at all since there are two units in the apartment and kept very cool (in summer high 80s)

Location, location, location. Can’t say this enough. Absolutely in the center of the city, perfect for exploring Salzburg and for catching trains/busses to get out of the city. Manfred was very responsive and on top of everything we wanted. I had read reviews about the hassle of taking the bags up and down, and the stuffiness in the room especially during summers. I would like to note that Manfred has addressed both these issues. There are now ACs (at least in the room we stayed in) and someone to take the bags to your room and down. It was nice to see that he had addressed the negative reviews people had left before. Nice cozy room. The historic significance of the building.

The stairs to get to the top (wasn’t a surprise based on reviews) but still exhausting after a tiring day of hiking.

Perfect location and so wonderfully clean!

The host communicated to us by phone the day prior and met us at the door upon arrival. The apartment was spotless, right in the main tourist area, and minutes from a great market. The images show the front entry street and the lovely beer garden at the back.

Great location in old town, so wecan get up early and have a early pray in Salzburg Cathedral.

It locates in the old town of Salzburg. Although the building could be 1000 years old, the facility in the rooms is quite morden and up to date. Its age can only be revealded by little bit tilted floor, uneven wall surface, small and low stairways, no elevator etc. Similar experiences can be found when we visited Mozart's birth place, which is on the same street and only 2 min walk away. When staying in room "Juliat" overlooking the street, it is intersting to imaging the yound Mozart could be playing on the same street just few hundred years ago.

Could be difficult for seniors, tall people to climb up and down evryday by stairs.. Good daily exercise though.

Hauling suitcases up four flights of stairs. This is often the case in an ‘old town,’ I just don’t remember being reminded of it in the description. Also, parking offsite worked out well once we figured it out on our own. It could have been explained better.

No lift in high rise apartment

Location was nice,1000 tears old building.

There was no lift. During checking one person was there to carry luggages but During check out they promised us they will send some person but no body was there to contact. We were in the 4th floor. Very difficult to get down with those luggages. All were heavy. We had 4 trolleys. No one helped us.you should mention in your site that lift is available or not. Very pathetic experience.

Good location to see Salzburg but seemed a bit pricey.

The apartment is in an excellent location for seeing the sights of Salzburg.

The lady who checked us in seemed to be a little impatient to get things sorted and get back to the busy Ice cream shop that is attached. The form was only in German so it took a while to decipher what information was required as my German is limited. It was hard to explain that we were leaving early in the morning and what should we do with the apartment keys

Comfortable stay in the historic city center

The location was terrific, the apartment provides ever you need for a comfortable stay.

The door between two bedrooms is made of glass, and if you go to bed earlier, than your partner will have to turn off the light in order not to bother you. This is the only caveat.

Ideal location in Salzburg, very clean, welcoming hosts

From the start we felt welcomed and were even offered to have our bags brought up, which was not necessary as we pack light but the gesture was appreciated. The owner and staff greeted us and always asked us if everything was alright whenever we saw them. The apartment is centrally located right on the shopping street. It was quiet in the evening and also quiet when the double windows were closed. The apartment was bright, clean and spacious. Everything we needed was provided. In the kitchen authentic nespresso capsules were provided, which we know are not always easy to find and they are some of the best coffees so every morning was a great start to the day. They also provided dish soap and cloth and drying towel and lots of cooking and eating utensils. The only thing we had to buy was what we ate. They cleaned the apartment and refreshed our towels several times during our one week stay. For the checkin, there is a checkin bell at the entrance. Just ring it; too easy.
