Wondeful accomodation in a beautiful city!

Wonderful location with plenty of attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Both apartments we booked (1 bed and 2 bed) were clean and modern with ample size for our 3 night stay. Reception team were welcoming and helpful throughout. Very please with this property in a beautiful city!

Great hotel in the heart of the old town. Would be a lot better if they had a new tv so you could watch Netflix or other

In a great location in the heart of the old town right near all the big designer shops. Clean big rooms with your own kitchen to cook in.

They have the old school tv so you can’t watch any Netflix, prime etc. They don’t clean your room for you or replace towels. You can grab your own. Same with the bins. They don’t have a breakfast they have a fridge with snacks and some drinks that you can purchase. It is a beautiful hotel but very much so a self service hotel.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Altstadt

A lovely apartment right in the heart of Altstadt. As a solo female traveller it was a safe area and an easy walk to all of the main attractions. Apartment itself was lovely and well appointed - although I did not cook there was everything you would have needed.

Even though I had a king bed I was given two single bed duvets which was a little strange. No washing facilities in the apartment and the basement laundry needed tokens which could only be purchased from reception when it was open.

Beautiful spot right in the middle of Salzburg.

The room was spacious and very clean. It was very quiet despite being right in the middle of town. We could walk everywhere and it is a lovely, beautiful, safe city.

We had to park a little distance away and dragging luggage through town is not ideal.

Hapimag is a beautiful and welcoming place to stay in Salzburg!

Hapimag has a very modern interior. All facilities are designed with so much care for comfort and efficiency. Our lodging was roomy, the bed very comfortable, and the full kitchen allowed for very flexible meals. The location is ideal for exploring Salzburg and seeing its famous sites. We really appreciate that Victoria and Alexander at the front desk were always so helpful and friendly.

This property worked really well for my husband and I and our two adult children. Property was centrally located in the middle of all the action. Property was also amazingly clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

VERY fancy full apartment with 2 bedrooms, very clean modern, quiet, nice staff, great location!

VERY nice fancy apartment with everything you need and two bedrooms, kitchen, and kitchen table, dishes, etc. Located right in the old town across from a fantastic restaurant. You walk through the old town to get there. My husband and I both feel like we could stay a week there; we only stayed one night. Very modern, very clean, and very quiet, even though it was right in the center because everything shut down at a good time even though it was a Friday night. Nice staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Not the facilities fault; it's the nature of the fantastic location in the old town. But since it is in the old town, the parking is maybe 10 minutes away. That's the trade off and well worth it to stay in the old town right near the city center. Wonderful! Tough to find the parking lot; there are two nearby. The one we chose is not the one that the apartment host gives a discount for. Not a big deal though. Although they may have told us in an email in advance about where to park; I didn't check my email to see. But the receptionist was very helpful!

Perfect location for a short stay in Salzburg

We stayed one night at Hapimag Resort and it was just what we needed. We were three people, and the living room was converted into a second bedroom — it worked out perfectly. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Salzburg’s Old Town. We were able to walk everywhere for dinner and breakfast. Check-in and check-out were simple and convenient. Overall, we had a great stay.

The only real downside was parking. Since the hotel is in the pedestrian-only Old Town, you have to park at a public garage about a 15-minute walk away — and the parking is expensive for one night. Carrying luggage (and managing a dog) in the rain made it quite challenging. Additionally, as expected in a historic city center, there aren’t many grassy areas nearby for dogs, so we had to walk a bit to find a suitable spot. That said, if you’re arriving by train or without a car, the location is absolutely ideal.

Excellent stay in the heart of Salzburg

Couldn’t have asked for a better location in Salzburg. The front desk staff was excellent - answered our questions in an efficient and honest way. The apartment was quiet given the downtown location. We were all very comfortable.

We initially thought the apartment had 2 bedrooms, but it was 1 bedroom with a sofa bed in the living room. This was fine for a few nights but would have been cramped for a longer stay (we were 2 adult couples). But we still loved our stay and it all worked out!

This is not 5 star. Is 10 possible?

3 weeks into a month long trip to Europe and we found this accommodation. This is the best accommodation so far and I doubt it’ll be surpassed. It is so well equipped and right in the heart of the Aldstadt. Thank you Hapimag for making this such a wonderful three night experience.

Only negative thing are the pillows which really have no substance. They are way too soft almost as if there is nothing inside the pillows. On the second, we received 2 additional soft pillows because they don’t have any firm pillows

The location is perfect, near to the main places, the room and the bed are big, it has everything you need. It is decorated in an elegant way. It should be noted that they offer you products in the fridge and also some snacks.
